I’m a repeat customer. Called to clean and sanitize ducts on a condo that had suffered a sewage backup in the community storage space underneath, and contaminated air could have entered the HVAC ducts. The crew was meticulous and thorough with the cleaning and the sanitizing. I wanted it done right and done well, and they do! I used to work in healthcare and being able to breathe healthy air is vital. Charlotte Quality Air Duct is the right choice.

I called CLT Quality because I noticed musty smell coming out of the vent. Their quote is more affordable compared to other contractors so I went with them. The result is amazing. The air is clean in my house now. They also solved a mystery about why I got weak air flow from the vent in my guest bedroom. They found pieces of toys, medical records and bank deposit copy inside the duct. And those papers were dated 30 years ago! I should have the air duct cleaned when I bought this old house 4 years ago. I would recommend anyone who purchased an old house to do air duct cleaning and I would recommend CLT Quality!

We moved into a rental.house and were having severe allergies. They got shoes, old baby towels, and trash out of the vents! Along with tons of dog hair and dust. Absolutely worrh the investment for clean breathing.

Had Morris Jenkins come out to inspect furnace which turned into a sales visit. Called for a second opinion and Reny gave a very thorough educational course of my system. Did some testing, but actually showed me what he was doing and why and the results. Replaced some parts and rechecked. The best part is the knowledge of his expertise. This goes along way.

Mr. Rene was amazing. He knows his job and saves companies a lot of money as a contractor. I’ve seen how he provides the best services possible when others overcharge. Again I can’t appreciate this guy enough.

Reny is Best he does awesome work and iam so grateful and the office manger is amazing I was scheduled for the next day but she made sure someone came out before then if you want the best go with them.

Remy did a great job fixing our heating problem in our HVAC unit. He explained what the problem was and was able to fix it for us in a timely manner. He changed our filters for us as well. Would definitely recommend!

My AC went out yesterday and being a lung cancer patient it completely sent me in a downward spiral worrying about my breathing. I called and Reny fit me in even though he was booked well into next week. He took the time to change the batteries and took the filter down and vacuumed it. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working and I could breathe freely. He has a client for life!

We highly recommend the services of Delta T Mechanical Systems! The owner, Mr. Reny, is very professional! Our HVAC broke down on a holiday weekend and we gave him a call and he came right away. He was kind enough to come even on a very busy Saturday and Labor Day weekend at that.
