Great work and completed timely!

Luis and Jay were delightful to work with. We replaced a window to a porch with a door and it required innovative thought and execution. Highly recommend Southpoint.

We now have done two projects with Southpoint Property Services and could not be more pleased. It is not often that a contractor exceeds expectations but Luiz, Jay and their team were top quality. We could not be happier with the completed work. They did what they said they would do and the outcome was better than we expected. We highly recommend their services.

We hired Southpoint Property services to do a partial home remodel for us (Pergo floor install throughout, new counter tops, sink and appliances, some wall demolition work) and they were truly great to work with through the whole process. Luiz and Jay were great at communicating about the project timeline and the work they were doing, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result! I would highly recommend Southpoint to anyone looking for good quality work, from hard working honest people.

After contacting the other local appliance stores and having no luck with finding someone who understands high end kitchen appliances, I finally found Matt at DCI. He is knowledgeable and very responsive to calls and emails. I highly recommend working with DCI.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with results of our complete kitchen remodel (fairly large at over 300 sq ft) furnished by DCI with owner Kaity at the helm. Our project incorporated cabinets from both her providers (DuraSupreme and Signature), both granite and quartz countertops, appliances from Wolf/SubZero & Meile, and utilized a contractor with whom Kaity had worked often in the past.
Thoughout the project Kaity shined in multiple ways. Placed in context: I’m probably one of the most hands-on, detailed-oriented, downright picky clients a kitchen designer will ever encounter (and likely dreads).
1 – In the design phase Kaity deftly went between ‘big picture’ and minute detail easily, providing creative solutions while also tactfully putting guard rails on my own sometimes misplaced design impulses.
2 – In the project mgmt. phase she quickly responded to and corrected unexpected ‘hiccups’ along the way (e.g., cabinets arriving that didn’t match design specs).
3 – Throughout it all Kaity was a great listener, and someone in whom you could have full confidence and trust to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

We did a total remodel of our kitchen. We used DCI for all appliances. Early in the process they were the most responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and patient of all the suppliers we considered. They carried top line appliances and knew the features and benefits of each that most suited our needs. We never felt we were being sold. Rather we felt we were being helped and guided to best solutions for us. They did everything promised, worked with our contractor, kept us informed throughout and handled one small warranty claim beautifully. We used SubZero, Miele, VentAHood and the star of our new kitchen - LaCornue's magnificent CornuFe French Range.

Can’t say enough good things about Kaity at DCI. I was referred to her and she lived up to all expectations. She helped us remodel the kitchen, offering advice on design, appliances, and countertops. Her team installing countertops and delivering materials was timely and professional. Kaity made the trek to our house a few times. When our cooktop went on back order, Kaity was on it right away with help. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.

Wanted to replace my Corian countertops, sink and tile in kitchen. Provided Kaity with my budget and wishes, along with pictures of various rooms in my house via email. Upon our first meeting, she had several tile options pulled out to match the Camden quartz I had selected. Once the tile was selected, we walked through sink and faucet ideas. Within an hour, we had everything selected so she could price it out. She went to various vendors to get the best possible pricing to fit my budget. Because of her and DCI, I was able to get the perfect kitchen for me -- high-end quartz "bling," hand-crafted tile (similar to tile found at the Biltmore) high-quality touchless faucet and soap dispenser, and a very cool granite sink with grates and a sink plate. Love how responsive and intuitive Kaity was, as well as how she was able to pull everything together so quickly! Definitely recommend working with DCI Home Resource!

I worked with Kyong and she did a excellent job from our first meeting with my design . I wanted a clean sleek look ( the kitchen in the middle of the living room and den in a townhome ) and I wanted the kitchen not stand out like a separate room. Kyong saw the kitchen and immediately had the vision. She was right on with the color of the cabinets and taking to the ceiling, counter tops and hardware.
I could not be more pleased of happier with my new kitchen.
Kyong is easy to work with and she knows kitchen design. For me , I have to get another opinion or 2 and her ideas were always right on.
As for the appliances, Matt was just an wonderful to work with and he knows the appliances. I was not able to get the refrigerator I wanted due to a long delay on delivery and he replaced it with a better refrigerator for the same price and it definitely worked out for the best. Matt also made “house calls” after work to check on anything that was in question once installation.
The best part of DCI Design and why i chose them is that they are all inclusive for a entire kitchen project and you do not need to go anywhere else !!!!!!! And I highly recommend using one their recommended contractors for they make the installation seamless!!!!!!

Kaity developed the vision for the transformation of our kitchen remodel and provided overall management of the project, Matt provided expertise and installation for all SubZero, Wolf, and Cove products, and Jay provided expertise and customization services along with the installation team.

We did a fair amount of discovery and due diligence before we settled with DCI Home. It became clear that they were head and shoulders above the competition as we went through our selection process. We'd looked for appliances at a few of the usual suspects in town, but we went with DCI mostly because our sales rep, Matt, was so freakin' awesome. He was always available to answer questions, it was easy to give him a heads up if I needed to stop by to see something, he gives very thorough yet layman's explanations - really can't say enough about the overall experience. Matt did recco a griddle version of the range we purchased and that might be the best part of the kitchen - we use it for eggs, pancakes, taco night - Matt really adds a ton of value to the purchase process and I'm sure the rest of the staff at DCI are cut from a similar cloth. Thanks DCI and Matt, and if you're looking for appliances these guys are the only way to go.

My partner and I usually frequent the area for our favorite cafe on the weekends and always saw the DCI store. Once we found out that it was a showroom for kitchen and bathroom remodeling, we wanted to visit some time during the week since we have been interested in remodeling our kitchen. However, the day we decided to visit the showroom, Julie Wright, the store manager, didn't even let us get to the door. Shortly after parking in the DCI parking space, my partner and I were wrapping up our conversation in the car before going in. Julie Wright, who pulled into the other DCI parking space beside us as my partner and I were wrapping up our conversation, got out of her car, and started aggressively knocking on my car window yelling over and over that we couldn't park there, it's for DCI customer parking. We were appalled and upset by her behavior as we hadn't even been in the spot for longer than a couple of minutes, our baby was in the car sleeping and could've been startled out of his sleep by her aggressive knocking and yelling (thankfully he wasn't), and she assumed that we weren't potential customers. Both my partner and I are people of color and are most likely a lot younger than DCI's typical customers, but that does not give her the excuse to make assumptions. Because of this behavior we are no longer interested in DCI's services and hope that they approach people in a better manner if they are concerned with people parking in the designated spots as this could deter potential future customers.

Great experience! Love my new Viking stove! I’ll be buying from these guys For all my appliances in the future.

My countertops are amazing. I got a white quartz from them, makes my kitchen pop. They put them in quicker than expected also. Would absolutely recommend
