fantastic service and the highest quality work out there. they have taken care of our landscape for several years and the plants and grass look so healthy and vibrant. we went through number of services and the lawn never improved. one season and our lawn is PGA ready! the staff never misses a week and is attentive to every question or request. Joe and his group just completed a new section of our yard with precision and speed. exceeded all expectations.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Morgan Landscape Group had put in an irrigation system at a house we recently purchased. The system stopped working and I reached out to them to see if they could come out and diagnose a problem or recommend a new system if needed. I got a text back the next day, saying that they would not come out here to look at our situation unless we signed up for a maintenance program. This just sounds crazy to me. I guess they are so busy that they don’t want new business. Other than the admin I spoke to the first day, they were alll very rude. After I sent a message back stating that was very disappointing and I couldnt believe they wouldn’t come out, I got a very condescending message back from them.

I would not recommend Morgan Landscape Group to anyone. It sounds like they like to put in subpar products/installation and then leave it up to the customer to fix it on their own. They don’t want to clean up their own mess.

They supply artificial turf and landscape designs. They have the Best quality in the Charlotte area!

The Morgan Landscape crews are terrific. They are knowledgeable, friendly, careful and follow instructions. They’ve done everything we’ve requested perfectly and on time. We also like having a single point of contact. Ours is Karen. She’s great too. We couldn’t be happier.

Very pleased with Morgan! Karen Smith is my account manager and she does a terrific job. I love being able to have one point person who coordinates whatever is needed on a timely basis. Very responsive, all the crews are great, communication is excellent, quality work, everyone is respectful of our property. Highly recommend!
