I had extremely high hopes and expectations for Academic Landscaping. After scheduling an onsite consultation on a Friday evening, I was told that I would receive a quote for the discussed services/needs. Three weeks later, and several phone calls to their office and being told that I will receive a call back by the end of the day or my messages would be sent up as urgent, I have yet to receive any information or a quote to my email. I would not sweat it if someone would simply call me and let me know to expect delays.
Disappointed is an understatement.

I had a consultation with Kinson at my address on October 2nd to discuss some storm water drainage issues. He provided me with some good ideas and told me he would provide a quote as soon as he could. I checked in with him via email on October 15th regarding the quote. No response. I called their offices on November 2nd and left a message with reception for Kinson to call me back. I called back the next day and left another message. No response to either of those messages. I sent Kinson another email on November 13th and have not heard anything back as of yet.

Kinison did such an amazing job!! He did a total revamp of my front yard. What was once a dirt yard is now full of grass! It looks like Ireland! I defiantly have the nicest lawn on the street. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
