Pikes was not up to its typical high standards. No one outside assisting and organizing carts. Off quality product throughout. Biggest disappointment was front end service. Line to check out was into the greenhouse. At one point two of four registers were closed. Finally the third opened after I was checked out.
On a positive note the employees I spoke to were nice and helpful. The quantity of products displayed was very good. -

LOVE this store! A very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of wonderful looking plants. Pikes beats out all the surrounding competition with quality, selection and price. I enjoy every visit!

I have been a repeat customer of Pike’s for years, and every time I visit I am in awe of the variety and quality of their inventory. The past two weeks, in the mist of a Saturday and the busiest season of the year, the customer service shared by both Julia Canipelli and Amy Holzman, was beyond 5 stars! These ladies were such a pleasure to work with and their design ideas and expertise were priceless! I genuinely thank you for the impeccable customer service, I am so looking forward to seeing my completed project, I’ll be sure to post! 🙏☺️
