Charlotte Plumbing Masters

Michael our technician was very good. He explained things before he started his work. Also answered any questions I had. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to use Charlotte Plumbing in the future.

Every aspect of my first experience with Charlotte Plumbing Masters (CPM) was positive and exceptional. I am a first-time homeowner and have been in my house for 4 years.

Two weeks or so ago, my water heater went out. I have a home warranty through HWA, who paired me with CPM to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately, the appt. was scheduled for a week out from when the water heater went out.

I called CPM and was greeted warmly by a rep. I inquired if there was an earlier time available, she checked and stated my current appt. date was the earliest, but she would follow-up and call me back. She kept her word and contacted me to confirm that unfortunately it was the earliest. In addition, the next day, I received another call form a rep at CPM who stated they tried to see what they could move around to assist me earlier, but unfortunately, my current appt. time was the earliest they could come out. I was impressed that they tried although it didn’t work in my favor.

On the day of my appt, John, one of their plumbers, came out and represented the company very well. He was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me advice. Above all, he was friendly, compassionate, and empathetic towards my situation. He submitted his report to HWA in a timely manner and within an hour on the same day, we had an approval for a water heater replacement. Less than 48 hours later, I had an appt. set for the install.

Due to this positive experience, I kept my fingers crossed he would be assigned again for my replacement. Thankfully, he was, and my install went smoothly without incident.

Based off this experience, CPM will be the first company I recommend to those who need plumbing services. When you have an incident in your home that affects your quality of life, it creates a high level of stress. CPM helped to ease the frustration by providing exemplary customer service.

John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. All this was done while he was sweet and professional with the whole household. We'll be contacting him again if something comes up. Thank you for your wonderful service!
