Marcus was very professional. We live in Creedmoor and needed someone to test our water for toxins. Marcus did a thorough examination and provided metrics to show that the water was in good standing. In addition to the metrics, he provided guidance based on his experience and sent documents we could review for further consideration. Marcus also went above and beyond what was required because we forgot to ask him to look at our water heater before he left. So, we called the main office 10mins after he left to see if he had time to return. He returned and did a thorough investigation of the water heater and stayed for an additional 15mins explaining to my fiancee what he (Marcus) had found and the recommendations to follow. Extremely pleased with Marcus' service and we feel educated enough to make a decision on how to ensure we have the best water quality for our home. We will utilize Progressive's service once we decide.

Shane did a great job on providing maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater. We had always had a standard water heater and appreciated Shane explaining how the tankless works works and how often maintenance should be performed.

The technician never even looked for the leak. He said he would come back with another technician, cut a hole in the wall behind the washer and replace the plumbing for $1000. When we thought about this, we realized that that wasn’t even the wall where the leak was. The leak was coming from an abutting wall three feet from the back of the washer. We cut into that wall, found the leak and fixed the loose tub drain ourselves. It was never the shower fixture which we thought was the problem as the tenant said that they had recently replaced it. Would never recommend this company!!!
