Saw in the reviews that many people hired them to do home repairs, but when I called I was told that they only do commercial repairs. Didn't see this nowhere on their web page.

Used them for an office renovation, did . great job and was done quicker than expected. Highly recommend.

Our company recently engaged MSI for regular maintenance. MSI visits our property once a month. We have been extremely pleased with the service and follow up. I appreciate that MSI has an extensive service offering and we are able to deal with one company for all of our building maintenance needs vs. having to work with multiple vendors. The prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful.

MSI did an excellent job in helping us with our snow plowing! They worked late and helped clear off our office parking area to make it safe for our employees and our customers. They worked late and made sure everything was good to go. Thank you! We will definitely be using you guys again!

Nick and the MSI team have always been great the multiple times I have used them. They make sure the small details are taken care of and when the job is done everything is cleaned and done properly. You just don’t see that anymore and I would recommend to anyone I know!
