Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage

Founded in July 2013, Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage is Charlotte’s leading full-service metal recycling facility, proudly serving individuals, contractors, and local businesses. We specialize in ferrous, non-ferrous, and electronic scrap recycling, turning waste into opportunity while protecting our environment.

But we’re more than a scrap yard — we’re a community-driven company with a mission to create change. Through our Second Chance Program, we provide employment and life skills training for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration. We’re also a proud partner of CharMeck Gives and operate a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sister organization focused on mental health and prison reform, helping break cycles and build futures.

At Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage, we believe in doing business with heart — supporting our people, our planet, and our community.
