We’ve used CHS Construction for multiple projects in our house and their work is absolutely beautiful. Our first project with them, I was 8 months pregnant and really needing to get our renovation done before the baby came. Of course, my baby decided to come 4 weeks early and CHS kicked it into high gear and finished the renovation before we even got home from the hospital! They are super responsive, extremely efficient, and really everything you could need in a contractor!! Highly highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the project!

I've been using CHS Construction for at least 10 years. They have always been reliable, reasonable, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them.

Seth with CHS Construction did marvelous work on some finishing touches required in our newly constructed apartment. This work required strong technical skills, focus, and attention to detail. Seth is also a perfectionist who always went the extra mile to complete this work in a professional way. We highly recommend him.

We have used CHS construction for a number of projects around our home, and each time they exceed our expectations. The craftsmanship is top notch; the project manager, Jared, is communicative and willing to answer any and all questions; and the prices are very fair in our experience. Additionally, CHS gets things done in a quick and timely manner. For example, they completed our bathroom renovation in 2 weeks; and completed an over garage mother in law suite that included inputting a bathroom and kitchen in around 2.5 months. we will definitely work with CHS on future projects in our home.

Very impressed by CHS Construction and would highly recommend their services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job (raised ceiling garage storage racks) much quicker than we expected. Jeff was great to work with and made sure we were happy with the project from start to finish. We will definitely hire Jeff and CHS Construction again for future renovation projects. 10/10 would recommend!

We had several contractors out to look at our kitchen remodel. We felt most comfortable with CHS from the start. Very happy with our decision. They were great to work with, showed up early everyday and did amazing work. Will use again.

I love, love, love my new master bathroom remodel. I’d like to thank Seth, our project manager, and his fantastic crew for making this process stress free for my husband and me. The tag team, as I call them…Carlos, Omar, George all did a great job. Although there were a few hiccups resulting from the demolition crew. Seth made sure they were corrected. In addition to our master bath, CHS replaced the rotted wood trim around the back door, and they also replaced the 2 moldings over our 2 car garage. I would highly recommend CHS Construction Group to anyone needing home improvement of any kind. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs we need done in our home. I had CHS Construction remove and replace my master bathroom shower in June 2022. Throughout the process, Bill (Owner) was always available and kept me in the loop on their schedule. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and even offered to go with me to the store if I needed help picking out the right materials for the job. CHS was friendly, professional, on time and on budget. I look forward to working with Bill and his Team in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about CHS. They gave me the kitchen of my DREAMS. They worked with me within my budget without sacrificing quality and went above and beyond with the whole build.

We are very pleased with the transformation of our blank space that is now an accent wall with a fireplace and mantle. Bill, Jared and Cash are a great team that are committed to the attention to detail we appreciated. We are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend their services!

Bill and Jared did a fantastic job on a complete gut of my circa 1960 bathroom. Based on plans from my designer, they did a small expansion and reframed the ceiling, moved exhaust pipes and created a wonderful renovation of my bathroom in my Historic 1874 home. The pictures say it all.

We couldn’t be more thankful to of found this company/these people. Bill and Ricardo were an absolute pleasure to work with. They accomplished everything we needed and more to help us get our house ready to be put on the market. The process couldn’t have gone smoother, and their pricing was completely reasonable. During their time in our home, we were either working or out of town. They were so nice and friendly while we were there and very trustworthy while we weren’t. Their work speaks for itself and we couldn’t be happier! Once all the projects were done we were sad for them to leave. But extremely happy with the results. We would 1000% recommend them to anyone and use them again. We couldn’t ever thank them enough for the work they did for us. We appreciate it more than they know!

Hired CHS for our first big home project and we’re so so glad we did! Totally redid our primary bathroom and amazed by the results - the work was quick too. Definitely giving them a call for any other projects in the future.

We recently had CHS complete three bathroom remodel projects and the entire experience was phenomenal. Bill and Jared were excellent partners and guided us from start to finish - including sharing unique design ideas. The communication from the team was great and we were specifically impressed by how reliable the team was. The quality of work was excellent and any issue no matter how small was addressed immediately. We will definitely work with CHS again for future home projects!

Leveraged CHS for a variety of tasks with one of them replacing the insulation under the house. After it was completed I saw that they installed the insulation upside down. I notified them and they did come back out to “fix” it. They ended up only re-installing part of the insulation where it is visible at the entrance of the crawl space. From there I reached out to Bill numerous times to either remove the insulation so I can have a company fix their mistakes or provide a refund. Bill has ignored my calls and emails for months. I ended up having to hire another company and paying twice for the same job.

I sure appreciate taking a day off work not only to have a no-show. When I called I was told the GC (Bill) would call me back to reschedule and guess what happened next…never received a phone call back. Awesome company with great communication (sarcasm)
