Reviews of local pros in Charlotte, North Carolina

Kenny and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable. They show up on time, wear professional uniforms, do a good job with the yard and plants, and are priced fairly. Also, they are easy to communicate with. I’ve been a customer for 9+ years and have been continually satisfied and impressed.

I live at the Reserves in Gastonia. I have had to basically start doing my own area around my townhouse. From blowing off the porch and back patio to spraying because they neglect to miss something every time they come. Beds are never edged, certain areas are continuously missed. Not including throwing grass on vehicles and not even taking the time to blow them off. After pruning last month the place looked awful. Today came home to pine needles put out. Of course blew them up around the office and looks neat, but for the rest of us pine needles everywhere. In the grass, on the porches, bushes covered. When you just don’t care it shows. Sad excuse for a company. From the reviews I have read I should not be surprised.

They mow my neighbors lawn. But feel it’s ok to mow all the fall leaves onto my lawn. I have pictures. I’m 62 w back problems and diabetes. That’s a lot of leaves they piled up. I asked them to blow them off and that they could put it in the adjacent woods. They said they would do it. But when I turned and left was told they made an insulting hand signal to my back. And they never cleaned it up. If they do this for the next 2 months I’ll never get those leaves raked up. I don’t know if you can use them if you don’t want your neighbors disrespected. I’ll call the police next time they are here so they don’t take advantage of me. If they still keep being disrespectful, I’ll see if I can get a restraining order before going with a civil suit.

My privacy fence looks amazing! The initial price was competitive, but when I recently got a second quote for a 50ft addition they came in the highest. Almost 1/3 the cost of my 284ft fence. I’d still recommend getting a quote from this company, but maybe just for larger projects. They do great work!

Romilio and his crew were very professional and quick! He was also very responsive from quote to finished product, and he continues to answer any questions I may have. I would absolutely recommend them for your fencing needs and will do so with any friends/neighbors I have that are building one!

Romilio and crew were amazing to work with. There was great communication and Romilio worked hard to get our gate installed quickly. Great work and would highly recommend Advance Gate!

I cannot say enough great things about Romilio and his team. I was very nervous about choosing a fencing company for my home in Eastover, I did a ton of research - and then luckily my friend recommended Advance Custom Fence to me (they had recently installed her fence in Myers Park!) Romilio met with me to discuss my complex project in person multiple times and he always had a smile on his face and then offered the best price. The team showed up on time and completed the work the same day. They were all professional, transparent and respectful! Our new aluminum fence with two gates is stunning, level, and just exactly what I wanted. My yard looks 10000x better than it did before. They cleaned up after themselves and my backyard looks so great!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of fence in the CLT area!

Romilio and Advanced Custom Fence, Inc. did a great and professional job repairing our fence and custom building and installing new gates. The work was done on time and as promised and for a reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend Romilio and Advanced Custom Fence for any fencing project.

Professionalism from staff, work was done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after job was finished. I am pleased with outcome and will use the service again.

Fantastic group to work with. We love our fence. Romilio was super informative and made sure we were happy . He came back several times prior to fence installation to answer any questions. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Romilio is great. He installed our fence a few years ago and just came to repair a minor issue on our gate caused from wear and tear. Would definitely hire him again.

They came out to fix our driveway gate and had it adjusted in less than 30 min. I personally appreciated that they explained exactly how they fixed the gate too. The response to request and work were super quick and for a fair price. We’ll use them again next time.

Romilio (Owner) and team did an incredible job installing our split rail fence. They won’t leave unless you’re satisfied and will come back to make something right. I’ve recommended them to at least three neighbors who have used them to install their fences. I highly recommend calling them.

Thank you, Romilio and the Advanced Custom Fence Team! The team gave great customer service, did a quality job, and was extremely fast. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Romilio and his team, Advance Custom Fence did an awesome job. They got the job done in a timely manor but provided high quality work. Romilio was able to refer me to a few associates to complete other jobs that needed to be done. They too provided high quality work for an affordable price. Thank you Romilio and team for your hard work!
