Aidan did an amazing job cleaning my pool and getting everything back to the way it should be, I’ve never seen my pool in a better condition, I can’t wait to get them back out here to clean again.

AIDAN has been a great addition to the team! When I say he goes above and beyond. I seriously mean that! He makes surE what he is doing is done to the best of his ability. If he sees something that needs to be done and it’s out of his control, he reaches out to whomever to assist. He keeps you informed and follows up afterwards to make sure you’re satisfied. A great asset!!! AIDAN!!! If we could have one of him in every field, this world would be a lot better!!!

Lions Gate -- Started a leaf blower around the pool deck at 1:30pm in the middle of they day on a Saturday...really guys?

The worst pool manager company that Berewick ever could hire!!!!! Constant inconsistency in rules. Each lifeguard has its own interpretation of the rules. Lifeguard cleaning personal vehicle during working hours while another swinging on lifeguard’s chair until they flip on floor and call for help others all the way on parking lot. Completely waste of our money!

CPM manages and provides the lifeguards at our neighborhood pool (Berewick). The guards are polite, well-trained, and very attentive. As a parent, I can appreciate the high standards to which CPM holds their employees accountable.

CPM has been our vendor but more importantly our partner for the last 3 years. Starclaire Swim Club managed their guards and pool maintenance internally - then CPM was added to our business plan and it was the best decision our Board has made since I joined. Easy to work with, great customer service, professional staff. Thumbs up!!!!

Lauren at the Mill Creek Falls pool on 6.8.23 is amazing! The girl went above and beyond on her duties including scrubbing the tile/grout. She is super friendly, polite, and professional. Give that young woman a raise!

We have worked with Carolina Pool management for years and could not be more satisfied. They are prompt, responsive and always willing to help make the pool a great experience for our residents. Our attendant Immacula has been a great addition and helps our pool run smoothly, our homeowners really enjoy her.

Andrea is a phenomenal lifeguard who goes above and beyond in her duties. She does an excellent job keeping the pool safe, consistently completing every task during her shifts. Andrea is great with the kids, maintains consistent vigilance, and ensures a secure environment for everyone.
