Mr Stump saved me! The previous company did not finish the job and left a large stump just under the soil line. It stopped our project immediately. I called Mr Stump and he came within the hour and worked in a very tight space like a surgeon. He also educated me on his process and also helped me as an out of towner. Great guy.

I needed to remove two large tree stumps, one in my front yard and one on the side of my house. I had seriously considered renting a stump grinder because I like to do things myself but I decided to call around first. When I called Tony and he started explaining all of the necessary precautions and concerns that come with grinding stumps my DIY mindset was gone.

Once all of the underground utilities were marked by USIC (811) Tony was on-site the next day and what would've taken me 4 to 6 hours Tony had it finished in about an hour. He's got an awesome remote controlled stump grinder and it's quieter than most I've seen before.

Now Tony will clean up the debris but I chose to do it myself saving it for compost and raised garden beds. Overall this experience was a win win for me. I told my son that you really can't even tell where the stumps were before and besides Tony being such a nice professional he's a veteran and those men and women we need to support.

Tony was prompt, informative, timely, and proficient. When I inquired, he gave me instructions on measuring the stumps for an estimate and the gate to ensure his equipment could make it in. He provided resources via text that helped make the process clear. When I texted him information, he texted me and then called promptly and made it to me that day, within 2 hours! He did great work on my three stumps, including advising me about one stump near another tree and his fear of disrupting the root system. Called Mr. Stump because my tree service company promised to come remove the stump the day after they cut down the tree. They didn't show up. I called and gave him a few measurements and some pictures, Mr. Stump was grinding within three hours of my call.

I called Tony with Mr. Stump for help with about ten bush and small tree stumps and roots. On the phone, he asked for certain measurements and info about access and water lines, etc. He gave me a fair and affordable price right over the phone. Mr Stump did a great job grinding a large oak tree stump in my yard. He was super responsive and made it over same day. Very competitive on the quote as well. Would recommend for any stump removal.
