I only write reviews when my service was excellent and my experience deserved one. I don’t bother writing poor reviews.
They made a no cost visit and answered all my questions. The answers were simple and professional so I clearly understood what was going to happen and why.
They showed up exactly when expected and clearly explained what was going to happen and they got to work.
I stood in the yard and watched as they brought in first class equipment with a four person team that had obviously worked together quite a while. They worked like a machine with each, knowing exactly what they were doing to make the job go quickly and safely. They were also very friendly.. They obviously have had much experience at their job.
They never let any of the limbs even put a dent in my grass as they completely controlled it from the tree to their disposals. The site was cleaned up as they went.
At the end, they asked me if I had any questions, and left my yard almost like they had not been there except for my nasty tree removed.
I will definitely call them if I need any work in the future.

Queen City guys did a great job with removing a tree in my front yard. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and careful to protect the house and nearby objects in the yard. Having them reschedule the job was a bit frustrating but I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Amazing experience. I live in plaza midwood and have amazing mature trees. I try every year to have them taken care of as I want to preserve our street. I have used several companies over the years, and in all sincerity, this is by far the best I have worked with. From the owner, Rob, being out here working, the arborist, Kevin, being such an amazing customer service representative, and the entire crew being as professional and hard working as could be. I could not be happier. They completely understood my vision and took perfect care of my precious trees. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.
Oh, and their equipment is unbelievable. State of the art, clean as could be and really cool to watch!

Great experience using this company! They were able to fit my job into their schedule in order to have it completed quickly. They were also highly skilled at taking down a 100+ ft. tall tree in a tight space. Additionally, they were careful to cause minimal damage to my lawn, and did a good job cleaning up debris.

Robert and all of his people at Queen City Tree Service did a fantastic job--I had a line of overgrown (~20 ft) shrubs that needed to be cleared out, along with one tall, dead tree that was a hazard (and all were over/near utility lines). They took care of everything way more quickly and quietly than I thought possible, and for a better price than I ever expected.

Had a giant limb fall off of my big old maple that barely missed my house! I was very surprised since there was no bad weather and hadn’t thought it was even rotten. Was very scared that more would soon fall and I wouldn’t be as lucky that the next ones would miss my house!! Everyone I called was booked solid for weeks which further intensified my anxiety. But Queen City Tree Service came to my rescue!! Came out same day that I called them, recognized how freaked out I was, did some rescheduling and was at my house the next day!! Did a great job, were friendly and competent!! And quick!

Robert and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up a downed limb and dead-heading a 65 year old oak tree. I will definitely use them again! 100% recommend them to anyone needing tree work!!

Many positive things to say about Queen City Tree Service for removing 2 sick/dying trees on my property. The project was tricky due to the tight location of one tree between two homes and among utility poles, as well as the bulk of one tree directly above one home. For future tree related services, I will return to Queen City Tree Service.

We needed some heavy duty pruning, clean up and tree removal, called Queen City Tree service and spoke with Kevin. He made it extremely easy to do business with them, came out evaluated, provided great information and quoted right away. The day the work was being done, he showed up along with owner and a top notch crew to get everything done just as discussed, and they left nothing behind except great looking trees. Great company, great work, Great people!

Queen City Tree Service is an absolute gem! They did an incredible job removing 13 trees from my property!! They moved all our lawn furniture for us to avoid any damages and then put it all back and cleaned up all the debris afterward.The owner is fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. From the get go, Kevin, the salesman, was very easy to communicate with. He scheduled an in person meeting to go over my tree trimming needs and gained a complete understanding of what I wanted done. I needed the job done rather quickly, and they were able to squeeze me in within a few days. The crew on the day of the work was very quick and clean. No issues at all and they went above and beyond what was asked. Finally, when I met Rob, the owner, to lay him after the work was complete, we discussed having some stump grinding done. Again, I needed the job done rather quickly and he went out of his way to squeeze me in on a Saturday as soon as he had availability. I would highly recommend Rob and his guys for any tree trimming or stump grinding needs you have. I will definitely use them again in the future.
