This is the third time we've used Guzman Green Land & Tree, this time for a deck, grading, and seed. The team always does a wonderful job. The pricing is very fair for the quality of work and attention to detail. The crew is very friendly and hardworking. We are SO happy to have worked with Guzman again. This was a tough job, and his team did fabulous work. Don't hesitate to call Guzman for your trees, lawn, and even deck needs! :)

If you're looking for good landscaping at a reasonable price, do not bother with Oakhurst Landscaping and Tree in Charlotte. John (the owner) sent his guys over for simple tasks - trimming hedges, pruning ornamental trees and replacing two large evergreen bushes with new small ones.
When they were done, the hedges looked like they belonged in a fun house, the trees were scalped down to nothing and both of the new bushes were dead.
When I contacted John to replace the dead bushes (they gave us a guarantee / warranty for a year on them and it had only been 6-7 months) he made every excuse he could think of (bad soil, no water, etc. even though the previous bushes in the same spots were fine) then told me to "take to social media". So here I am....

Plenty of better options in the area to choose from - do not make the mistake we did.

Oakhurst removed 3 large oak trees and trimmed several more grinded stumps and built a retaining wall along the driveway to keep from flooding works great and when they finished you couldn't tell they had been here wonderful experience

John and his team went the extra mile on our job. I would highly recommend working with them.

We had a tree branch fall and make a huge mess. We needed help cleaning up and trimming more branches. John was quick to respond and came out and completed the work promptly. Reasonable prices and very friendly!

We hired Oakhurst Landscaping to take down 2 huge trees for us and plant a new one. We cannot say enough about their professionalism and skill. They worked within a confined area and took their time to ensure nothing was damaged. They were very responsive and followed through on all work. Rare customer service in this day and age. I will use them again and will happily refer them to others!

We saw this business recommended on Next Door and texted John. He came out within a couple of days and was able to do our full project very quickly. He worked with us to come up with a plan and implemented it beautifully. His crew was personable and courteous. John kept us updated every step of the way which I really appreciated! We will be calling him back in the late fall to take a look at our trees!
