Ruben and his crew were great!! They were on time, respectful and professional. We had quite a large tree the hung over out over our house and they were able to get everything down with nothing falling on the house. These guys are very skilled and great at what they do. If you want a company that can get the job done in a professional and timely manner with competitive pricing all while seeing Ruben climb the tree and cut it down while being in the tree this is the company to go with. Thank you Ruben and crew for getting this job done for us.

Ruben and Samuel removed several dangerous limbs around and over my house. I had a quote 5 hours after I called Ruben and I was scheduled for their work within 24 hours of quoting.

I received texts 24 hours and 30 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. They were diligent, professional, and cordial to me and my entire family throughout the work. They left my yard cleaner than before they had come.

Ruben’s prices are extremely favorable and his punctuality sets him apart. I will be recommending Ruben to anyone and I will be using them exclusively for all of my tree pruning and removal needs.

Ruben and Sam came through for three of our neighbors and based on their reviews and the work I saw them do personally I decided to get a quote to trim my tree. They did it same day as their schedule happened to be available to fit me in. They made it an incredible (and safe) experience for my toddlers to watch them work. They did it in awful heat and humidity and did it with a smiling friendly attitude. Very efficient, knowledgeable and helped me understand the vision and maintenance needed to get my desired outcome. With a free estimate and the amazing customer service, there is no reason to start anywhere else for tree trimming and I will be using them in the future for larger tree removal.

Ruben and Samuel were a pleasure to work with and did a great job communicating about a very large and complex tree situation we needed handled. The pin oak tree was five+ feet across at the base, had high priority power and internet lines running all through the sprawling limbs and the roots were between the natural gas and water/sewer lines. The tree was close to my mom’s home and branches hung over the home and the primary road with lots of traffic. These guys were able to take this tree down without impacting any of the utility services. They were methodical in their approach. Communicated with us throughout the process. They left the area better than when they arrived. We were extremely pleased with the work. They did it exactly to our specifications. We will use them again and highly recommend them for tree work. I would like to give a big shout out to Ruben and Samuel from Ruben’s Tree Service for the outstanding job they did. I have two ornamental trees which needed someone with experience And someone who understood what these trees meant to me. They talked to me in great length about what I wanted these trees to look like when they were finished. I am happy to say they turned out fantastic. If you are someone like me who is very particular, or who appreciates someone going a little bit beyond what they were asked to do, this is the company for you.

Ruben and Sam trimmed some dead limbs from a willow oak tree. Sam came out right away after my call and provided a quote and they were here doing the work within 3 days. I have plants at the bottom of the tree they were very careful not to harm and they worked as a team to cut and lower the limbs with ropes. They really have it down to a science and they had everything cut and the pieces loaded into their trailer to take away in short order. They even handled a large limb that had fallen from the neighbor’s tree and was stuck, hanging over the backyard next to a power line. We had been waiting for Duke Energy to cut it down for months, and when they saw it they said they could do it, no problem. They had it down and cut in no time. They do the best job at a reasonable price. I count myself lucky to find them!

I really can't say enough about Ruben's tree service. The trees around my house were hanging over the house, dropping really loud acorns on my roof and giving the squirrels a short cut! He safely swung the large branches away without hitting the house. They also trimmed up my crepe myrtles and dogwood. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there. I will have him back again. Highly recommend!

Super professional! Got 2 huge trees removed for a great price. The crew maneuvered around cars and power lines without any damages to fence or home. Best part, they clean up like nothing ever happened. Would highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal service.

Ruben and his crew were on time, worked efficiently and did exactly what was promised which was take down a tall tree that had been damaged by a storm. They cleaned up the yard really well after they finished and were very organized as they worked throughout the day. I got several quotes that were similar in price but the reason I chose Ruben was because he manually climbs the tree and safely lowers it down piece by piece, then his crew uses dollies to roll the pieces out of the yard. Some companies take trees down using huge bucket trucks that they drive onto your yard. If you don’t know any better, these heavy bucket trucks can cause a ton of damage and you won’t know until after they are long gone. We have our main water line and sever line going right down the middle of the front yard and I explained to Ruben it was important not to have any heavy equipment go over that area and he and his crew respected that the entire time they were here. These guys are true professionals. Recommended!!!

On the day of the job, Samuel and his coworker arrived on time and worked efficiently to remove both trees. They cleaned up all the debris, and by the time they finished, there was no sign they had been there aside from the trees being gone.

Ruben and his crew are professional experts. During the consult, Ruben used a daytime laser pointer to identify where each branch would be trimmed so there would be no miscommunication. On the day of service, they were able to tackle each tree with ease and they made sure to remove all debris from the yard before leaving. I received a few quotes from other companies; I felt like they knew their stuff more than their competition and their rate was highly competitive. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend using them for trimming and removal.

Samuel did a great job pruning our crape myrtles for an extremely reasonable price. He was thorough in showing me every limb and where he recommended trimming it, and got my approval on all of them before doing the quote and the morning they came back to complete the service. The trees look beautiful and tidy, and we'll definitely be calling him for future prunings.
