This may be an isolated experience but after looking at my well they were impossible to reach, did not return phone calls, lost their notes and generally seemed baffled by common business practices.

Poor communication and process. Flushed money down the drain. Don’t recommend. highly recommend Well Doctor.

Came by my church to assess a problem with our well. Fixed the problem in one trip and didn't charge an exorbitant fee.

They inspect our pump/grinder thing regularly and we have no problems.. they let us know when they're here and give us a written report after the inspection. Good service.

We have needed this company on at least 3 occasions, every time we get great service even after hours. Its so rare to be able to recommend a company but this place is top notch. Cant recommend them enough!

McCall Brothers Were the first out of 5 different resources we went to for Septic Issues to know what the problem was and fixed in 2 hours. In addition to this they saved me so much money just to try to be helpful to us because we had paid so much to others trying to get it fixed. Any Septic Issues you have Call them, there is no better in the industry! plus they came to fixit in record time!

I had to have a well pump replaced. I called at 7 in the morning. Two of the nicest, efficient, hardworking, and well trained individuals show up and get job done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just want everyone to know that the two guys they sent out (I believe their names were Troy and Raymond) were phenomenal! We hit so many issues and problems. Nothing that was their fault. My yard was just stubborn and mean! LOL! A job that should have only been 2...maybe 3 days, ended up being nearly 2 weeks. But like I said, NO FAULT OF THEIRS!! These two guys worked so hard, most days not even taking a lunch. The worked in the pouring, and I mean POURING down rain and storms just to get the job done. They kept us informed about everything going on. They were polite, professional and courteous. Troy even took time to interact with my autistic son. Explaining to him about the rig and what all it does. My son loved it and it warmed my heart! When they were done, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to clean and restore my yard the best they could. I am highly please with all the work they have done and would ABSOLUTELY recommend McCall Brothers Inc to anyone! Thanks guys!

Used them to replace pump and pressure tank. Very expensive up front, but was promised it was due to the high level of quality. Within 20 months had two more expensive and delayed repairs later (including a $120 fee just to show up; doesn't even start the clock), we called someone else. They showed up within an hour, fixed it quickly, noted that the prior work had been shoddy, and then charged us a tiny fraction of what McCall charges (think 2 figures compared to 4). Scammer is probably too strong here; but I would not ever use them. HYPER expensive; poor service, and they treat you like an idiot for not knowing how to fix it yourself.

The most HORRIBLE customer service! Asked for a filter for my well for approximately 5 months before it was actually installed. Had debris in my lines which caused my washer to stop working and clogged up faucets. That could have been prevented if they had any sense of customer service. Have now asked for the paperwork that should have come with that filter for several weeks and nothing. Of course they billed me promptly for the filter but the bill had no breakdown of the filter cost and labor. I should have made them wait for payment as long as I waited for the filter and now the paperwork. Find a better company for your needs.

I’m writing a review for the company, but more a review of the two gentlemen who came to help our family recently. Michael and Austin had to deal with a number of issues for our well, and both were extremely friendly and intelligent. When you have to trust someone to come in your home and also shoot you straight, we were glad to be working with them!

Our grinder pump stopped working and the alarm began to go off. We called a local plumbing company who came out right away but could not figure out the issue and referred us to an electrician. The second company came out and immediately told us we needed an entirely new system which would be almost $9000. We asked a third company, McCall Brothers, Inc to send someone out.

They had two people at our house within an hour (which happened to be 7:30pm on a Sunday). They determined the root cause within 15 minutes and had everything working again within 45 minutes. Tyler and Cody were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the problem.

I hope we don’t have to call them many more times in the future, but they will certainly be our first phone call. Thank you Tyler and Cody!
