Kevin installed some switches in an old house with some tricky wiring issues. He is an excellent troubleshooter and made everything work just as it should. The price was fair considering the quality of service.

Christian checked our electric panel,
and changed our stove outlet. He was a true professional Master Electrician. It was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to him, we can rest easy knowing that his work and assurance that our home is safe.

Last night we had a crazy electrical surge where outlets were sparking, light bulbs were popping and dying, and one of our small appliances had smoke coming from it. We tried to shut the breakers but the breaker box was shocking us. First fire dept was called and they said it was good we called but need to call Duke Energy. Duke sent out a company within the hour but we also simultaneously looked for an emergency electrician as we assumed it would still be our responsibility to fix anything on our side - that’s where Mr Sparky came in. Mr Sparky’s on call person was all the way in Hickory so it took almost 2 hours for them to arrive to our home in Charlotte. It also cost $309 just to get him out. In the meantime the Duke energy contractor came out and said there was a broken neutral and put a temporary fix in place. Said we could use power again and left. Mr Sparky guy comes around 9:45 pm and basically tried to scare and upsell us to the tune of 12k to fix everything. He advised us to turn off all power and also said not to even stay at home and get a hotel. We said thank you, signed paperwork of his inspection/results/recommendations and decided to get a second opinion. Went all night with no power since he said not to turn the breakers on. This morning had another company out who told us this company has a “reputation” for this sales tactic as they work on commission. New guy not only fixed everything but installed a whole home surge protector for $1400 total. Whatever you do - avoid Mr Sparky. So shady.

Allen was so friendly and informative. He didn't try to scare us but definitely made sure we understood what was wrong with our electrical outlet and panel. He was patient with our questions and left us feeling at ease. I would call him again without hesitation.

Francisco works for Mr. Sparky. We had a wiring issue late at night and he came out late in the evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Definitely a professional at his job. He was able to diagnose and correct the issue. Definitely will use Francisco and Mr. Sparky again!

They had a tech failure so I thought I was on the schedule but no one came. Called the day after and they had no record of me. Scheduled again and knew it worked because I got a text requiring a prepayment before the appointment.
Fransisco called an hour before arriving. He was polite, pleasant and fixed my exterior outlet.

Francisco was knowledgeable, profesional, and very helpful and kind. He patiently explained everything in the detail we needed to
really understand. I was delighted with his service. Sparky was timely and courteous to work with.

Needed an electrician to help with a tripped breaker issue and they were able to come out and fix the issue very quickly. They are very professional and very courteous. I will definitely be using Mister Sparky in the future for my electrical work. Also a shout out to Kevin for answering all my husband's questions and for being so friendly.

Had scheduled an appointment for Friday, but received a call Wednesday indicating a electrician could be available that afternoon if I so desired. Cody called to confirm he was en route. Once he arrived went over the details. He completed the install quickly, then performed a safety inspection of the interior circuit breaker panel and outdoor power switch (generator/grid). Satisfied with the work.

Dante was on time. Received call before he came with estimated time of arrival and he arrived on the dot. Quickly assessed situation to install power supply to charge hybrid car, gave quote and went to work straight away. Neatly done. Excellent professionals!

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I had a consultation for a generac. After going through the whole process and getting a loan for 18k and confirming multiple times it was infact a generac, and the sales man clarifying it was, they showed up with a knock off 3000$ generator off brand. After having a fit they infact changed it to a generac. Moving forward they damaged wallpaper while installing the electric portion which would have been fine if they handled it correctly. They never mentioned it and when I brought it up they wanted to glue it back together. I told them that was not acceptable and finally got their Insurance info. The generac also came with no key which I also wasn't told, and a broken wifi module which the technician assured me would be ordered and installed as soon as I received it. Upon receiving the wifi part months and months later I called Mr. Sparkys to let them know it finally arrived and was ready for install and that I also had never recieved a key. They scheduled an appointment and then ten minutes later I recieve an email not a phone call, that I would need to call generac who had nothing to do with the install of this iteam. I called back and they basically told me to kick rocks and pay another place to install the wifi module that they promised would be taken care of to recieve payment. My opinion is that things happen and if a company makes it right that is perfectly acceptable but in this case they skeemed and lied and treated me like garbage instead of taking accountability and treating their customer with care and being apologetic after spending 18,000$ . Per the presidentsresponse. Your response is quite sad considering all I did was respond from issues caused by your company. I am high risk and yet your company brought a knock off product ,damaged wallpaper, did not provide a key , brought a broken wifi module and promised to install it. These are all things caused by your workers and in affect were reported. As I stated if things are taken care of thats one thing , but to take no accountability and blame the customer after spending so much money is outrageous. You have quite a few very negative reviews. Customer service is everything and I'm sure if in all your negative reviews you made it right ✅ you would not have so many. .the proof is in the pouding, and in this case the reviews . Hopefully you as the president of the company will go over your negative reviews and take a look at your responses and how you continue to fire back at clients who are only sharing what has happened to them . All of this was a reaction to many unprofessional instances 😉

My technician was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my issue and don’t try to sell me his company’s solution. He answered a few other general questions I had about other electrical concerns in my house. I didn’t feel rushed. The price was fair for the work completed. Great experience! .

Francisco is an excellent technician and has the best personal touch. He worked before at my home in the past and remembered my family and my son who likes to climb ladders. He made a point to interact with my son and was so kind. It was a great experience.

Exceeded my expectations! In a pinch in the middle of a project, I needed some help quickly. Called Mister Sparky- the person who answered was extremely helpful and gracious. Within a couple of hours on the same day, Corey showed up, did an awesome job, and another thing has been knocked off my honey-do list. (Fan install on 20 ft ceiling.

Brandon was very professional in all aspects of customer service. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He was very kind and put my mind at ease on how the issues could be handled. I cannot thank him enough! I will highly recommend Brandon and Mr. Sparky.

My technician, Christian, showed up right on time. He was able to walk me through the issues and answered all of my questions. I am impressed by his focus on safety, and deep electrical knowledge. He was able to diagnose the problems with our home's lighting fixtures and resolved them.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician.

Chris Will came out, performed a thorough safety check, made logical recommendations, and provided pricing. The item I originally called about turned out to be well out of my budget. I appreciated Chris' on time arrival, professional appearance and professional presentation. I learned a lot and now have a list of work items to consider. Chris was an excellent representative.

Woke up this morning and the power to our home was diminished. Appliances weren't working, lights were barely on, everything was setting everything else off.

We called Mister Sparky and the electrician, Christian, came out and did an amazing job. He was professional, straight to the point, communicated everything he was doing and why and was passionate about the customer experience.

Brandon was professional, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I contracted them to install the service for a hot tub. Would recommend to anyone. Had a problem the first day, Brandon was at my house in 30 min and didn’t leave until the issue was resolved. Thanks again for the great service

Mister Sparky was very responsive from scheduling the initial appointment to the completion of the panel upgrade. They were actually able to get to my job a day earlier than scheduled, which was really convenient!

Our technician, Fransisco was super friendly, knowledgeable, proficient, professional and courteous. He explained all aspects of the required inspection and work before and after completion.

This is my second time using Mr. Sparky AND having Fransisco as the technician...I would absolutely call Mr. Sparky in the future and hope Fransisco would be the attending technician YET again!
