Constraction reviews in Clayton, North Carolina

Todd from Everything Grout did an amazing job on our bathroom! It is a small business and the owner is the person doing all the work. I would highly recommend.

The old grout was clearly not removed and was simply grouted over. The grout on the floor is flaking off because it’s a thin layer over the old grout.

He already had to come out once to fix it. He only responded to me when I told him he was getting a bad review. It’s worse now than before. I don’t want him to come out again. I am going to get someone else to do it right. I can’t say who to use but not this guy. He cuts corners. I would rather pay someone else out of pocket to redo it versus another patch job from him.

Another thing I learned is this. Most new grout comes with sealer already in it. He upsold sealer that probably wasn’t necessary. Unless he’s using really cheap grout. Also when he “sealed” our tile floor that didn’t need Re grouting, I suspect he just used a grout pin that I could have picked up at Home Depot myself for a few bucks.

I don’t want my money back or for him to “fix” anything. I am just saying his reviews don’t match the work he provided.

What a difference! Thank you so very much.

Everything Grout did a great job !! I Had bad discoloration in the grout on tile flooring at my home . when they left it look like brand new. I would definitely recommend this company.

Todd did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. My master shower and bathroom floor look new!

Todd was quick to respond from the first contact and he was able to repair a quirky tile project in our kitchen within a short time.

Moved into a new home with terribly dirty and discolored grout. Called several companies, but the price and schedule worked very well for my needs. Absolutely amazing job on my floor. It looks brand new!

Todd with Everything Grout was outstanding. We were charged a fair price. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Everything Grout.

Todd did a great job replacing caulk and grout in our master shower. He worked hard to get to our job in an incredibly busy time. I really appreciated that.

Great experience with Everything Grout. Todd's work was amazing, good rates, and was quick to get the work done. The work done saved us from having to replace the entire floor. I would highly recommend!

Very pleased with his work. Communicated timely and showed up when he said he would. The bathrooms look new again. Gave suggestions how to keep the grout clean and sealed. Thank you for your help

Todd was great. My master and hall bath look amazing. I really appreciate his quick response to questions as well as accommodating a needed schedule change .

Everything Grout did an excellent job regrouting the tile in both our completely tiled shower and the tiled walls in the other full bathroom. The owner/operator went above and beyond in his efforts to remove paint residue from the tiles which left both showers looking brand new. Everything Grout was easy to communicate with to schedule repairs, and the pricing was excellent for the thorough work. Please give Everything Grout a call before going with one of the larger chain operators.
