We needed two cream colored custom area rugs cleaned and Bruce did a fantastic job! We had always used a local company that ended their business and were nervous about trying someone new. Bruce at Total Care Carpeting is our new guy and we highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, he communicates well and shows up on time, does a fantastic job and is super personable. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work. In my opinion their is a huge difference going with a privately owned company. They treat your property as it’s their own and their goal is to satisfy their customers. Thanks, Bruce!

If you need your carpets cleaned look no further. You need Bruce who owns Total Care Carpet Cleaning. The other companies out there don't even come close to the exceptional work Bruce does. We just bought our home here in NC. It is not a new build but let's just say our carpet looks brand new. I posted a picture of a sample of some of what he pulled out of the carpets. Prices are great. Bruce is not only professional but very kind. We called in a panic to have our carpets cleaned same day so we could move our furniture in. He made it happen 🙌

Great communication, excellent service, great price. I called him to schedule cleaning for my furniture. He picked up and got pertinent information. Quoted me a price quickly. He sent a confirmation text the same day, the day before, and the day of. He cleaned my furniture and took about 5 years' worth of dirt and grime. Cleaned up after himself and left with no issue. He was incredibly friendly and professional. I hope to repeat services with him again in the near future.

Bruce was great. When I requested a call for more information, I was called not long after and was quoted a very reasonable price. He also allowed me to reschedule earlier since a slot had opened up.

We purchased a house that had been smoked In and with carpet that was on its last leg. I searched the local Facebook group for recommendations and this came highly recommended. He was able to remove the smoke smell and gave the carpet a little extra life until we can replace it. He was communicative throughout the process and was quick and efficient. Was needing to get my entire house carpet cleaned. I contacted Total Care Carpet Cleaning to get a quote and a time frame. They were very responsive and priced well. They were able to fit me in just two days later. He did a fantastic job and knocked it out pretty quickly as well. Would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets done and would 100% use them again.

This review will be a little different as I did not use Total Care's actual cleaning services, but I did talk with Bruce about cleaning some old carpet. I own a 25 year old home turned rental property with the original carpet. Bruce took considerable time to discuss my best options regarding cleaning the existing carpet or laying new flooring. I even sent him photos for him to review. After our discussion and looking at the photos, he explained fully what he could and couldn't do. We came to the conclusion that for my particular situation, it would be best to go with new flooring. Bruce is very knowledgeable, professional, and very honest. I'm honestly disappointed I wasn't able to do business with him at this time. I assure you I would have if cleaning had been an option! If you're looking for an honest, reliable, very reasonably priced carpet cleaner, this is your company and guy! I very much appreciated his thorough assessment and honesty. Many thanks!
