We just moved to the area so, this is our first experience with Island Breeze HVAC and it was excellent! Their office staff kept me abreast of schedule changes relative to when to expect the technician to arrive. When Brian arrived, immediately I could tell he is a gentlemen who listens to the client's concerns and the events leading up to why he was called for service. His professionalism and skill was immediately on display as I watched him work. He was very careful to ensure that all the necessary diagnostic checks were taken before making a diagnosis and then moving to correct the problem. I am very impressed with his work and his company! While we are not interested in having any further problems with our A/C system, we will certainly call Island Breeze HVAC if we do!
