I'm a DIYer to the core so it hurt me to have to call someone but I'm glad I found Balos. I wanted to swap the fixtures in my guest bathroom to something more modern and user friendly. The plumbing is 30 years old and there was no east swap to modern options. Robert showed up and did a clean, professional job. Exactly what you hope for when you have someone work on your house. You want them to do it BETTER than you could. We got our money's worth.

Balos Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor, so I've had work done with Balos Plumbing before. Both times Robert explained to me exactly what the issue and gave me options before doing any work, and gave me the price up front so that there were no surprise cost at the end.

This really is the best plumber I’ve worked with. Rob is not only professional, but extremely knowledgable! He takes time to explain what is wrong and also explains how he is fixing it. He installed a new hot water heater in our home a few months ago without any issues. I look forward to using Balos Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs.
