This is my second time using Clifton Lane for a roof replacement. Dianne is quick to respond with questions, quick to respond with a quote, quick to schedule work. Installers were on-time and cleaned up everyday after they were done for the day. Competative pricing. Great company to replace your roof. Will use them again in the future.

These guys have replaced three plumbing boots on my roof that were not installed correctly 7 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and priced very fairly. You can trust Good Hands to do things the right way, which is worth a lot.

We had an aging shingled roof that was leaking and subsequently caused water leaking with Sheetrock ceiling damage in one bedroom. These guys replaced the roof and all the vent boots as well as replaced damaged wood under the shingles. They also removed the damaged ceiling in the bedroom, replaced and painted. Its was a very easy “one stop shop” experience. Excellent communication from start to finish. Great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called Dewan because my ceiling had water marks that were progressively getting worse. He came to the house within a week and determined I had lots of old loose shingles. When my insurance originally approved for those shingles to be replaced, Dewan sent videos demonstrating how much time and effort every individual shingle was going to take. He did this because ultimately he realized by the time they paid for all the shingle repairs, the cost would almost be the same as a new roof. Given the age of my roof, replacing it made more sense. My insurance company appreciated the extra attention to detail and determined he was correct. They approved the whole roof. I had also expressed the desire to get rid of my popcorn ceilings so while they were fixing my Interior, they were able to go ahead, For a little extra out-of-pocket cost, of course, To remove my popcorn ceilings as well. This saved me time and money by not having to have a separate crew come out. Thank you so much Dewan!

Highly recommend! I had my roof inspected after a recent storm and it needed to be replaced. Within a week of inspection, the job was done. Dwan and his team worked quickly and he was very communicative throughout the process.

Great company! Highly recommend them. We had our house painted, and it needed to have some of the siding replaced, and the gutter repaired and windows replaced. Dwan, and his crew, did a super job. It looks brand new again. We are thrilled. They were professional, efficient and prompt. Excellent work!

Dwan and his team were wonderful, replaced our roof in just over a day and are now working on repairing and finishing renovations we started when we initially moved into our home (3 years ago). We love the work and the consistent communication and the time spent getting to know us and what we wanted for our forever home. The flat roof of our house had been leaking, and a friend recommended Good Hands Construction to us. Dwan was extremely professional and detail-oriented in explaining the issues (this was one of the biggest caveats as he made sure that we understood what was going on). He clearly outlined the needed repairs, and the job was done exceptionally well. Communication was excellent; he kept us informed on the progress with regular updates and photos.
