No supplies to test pool water. Pretty bad. How does pool company run out of testing material

They are honest & will not try to sell you something that you do not need!

These guys are on the ball with everything. From the dig to the set up of equipment .you won't find a better company that answers every question you have .soup to nuts these guys know what they are doing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My family used this company and they left large tennis ball indentations and would not be responsible for fixing their shoddy work! Use a larger company!

I contacted them by phone and email repeatedly with no response without me calling again to check in. I was planning on buying a whole new pool and have taken my business elsewhere.

I would not bother with this company. I called twice trying to schedule a quote. Each time I was told someone would call me back, never heard back from anyone.

Bought our original inground pool there, NO complaints very good and helpful, would recommend them to ANYONE, and Linn is GREAT

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was able to rest my water, get the needed chemicals, and detailed instructions on how and when to add them

Very friendly, informative and their pricing is great when doing price comparisons. Staff is very helpful. They have recommended installers and contractors.

Do yourself a favor and move on from these clowns. It was a horrible experience and I wished I had listened to all of the warnings to avoid them. Terrible customer service and don’t even get me started in the electricians. Jansens has to come back six times for mistakes on the wiring and then finally refused to make it right. Again. Steer clear.

Do not recommend. The service sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We've been using Clearwater Pools since 2011. Friendly staff and owners, very knowledgeable about the pool business and industry. They just did a new liner install and the only reason I knew they were here waa that our pool looks brand spankin' new. Great job Clearwater Pools!

I paid half upfront for a pool and signed a contract.. long story short.. after about a month then telling me it's on its way they finally confirmed that it was REALLY on its way with two others..the following week they said nope ..we lied we can't get a pool.. what about the contract?.. ahh it doesn't really mean anything because there is no delivery date. I did get my money back.but now it is too late to get one anywhere else.

This group of people are really great to work with. They were honest with me and always got back to me with any questions I had. They installed our inground pool on schedule and professionally. You have to realize it is construction so there will be delays and mess.

When somebody is calling to get an estimate, that means somebody comes out and provides options based on the land. Upon understanding what options are available, then we can decide on the how much we want to spend. Please inform the person answering your phones that you don't ask people what they are willing to spend. Clearly this is a busy season and clearly you are prioritizing customers based on how deep their pockets are. Good news is that there a plenty of other options out there for pools.

Just got my 2nd pool from Clearwater! Renn was amazing, and able to get me one installed within a couple of weeks after my original pool "exploded"! This group, Renn, Justin & Josh are wonderful to work with and I recommend them for any of your pool needs!

This place was very busy. Most people wanted their water tested for the start of the season. They have a decent setup with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. During our time there, there was a consistent line of people to the door, which is about 8 people / groups. prices are pretty fair and because they are in a plaza, there's plenty of parking.
