Triangle Swimming Pools were wonderful to work with. We did our research on fiberglass pools and knew this was what we were looking for. We contacted Triangle and received a message from Julian right away. Julian was so great to work with, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about the pool installation as well as the environmental issues within our yard. Julian went above and beyond and handled septic/county regulations that we had no idea about. He spent so many evenings with us that first week helping us measure, draw out plans, and come up with a pool that would work for our family. The installation of the pool with Craig and his team was within the timeframe they expected, and they were able to install the pool within a week as they promised. Working with Amy with billing and payment options was the best. She is pleasant to speak to and quick to answer any questions you have. We are now ready to enjoy our 1st pool season and Aaron is working his magic with cleaning and maintaining our pool so that we can have many days enjoying our back yard oasis. Putting in a pool can either be a disaster of an experience or an amazing one where you end up leaving a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review. From start to finish this company has been amazing. The absolute best part is the app that they communicate in and provide daily progress updates with pictures and explanations. Julian is so knowledgeable about their pools and answered all of our questions leading up to contract time. From there, Craig walks you through the actual installation process and his wife Amy helps with all of the paperwork and permitting. They work with a landscaping contractor (Lawn Triad H20) that has knowledge and experience of pool hardscaping. This is a local company that deserves a 5 star rating!
