Tom, Clayton Fire and Water, came to my house after my townhouse neighbor found water coming into her bedroom! Seems the workmen I had here for some projects in my kitchen managed to crack the hose to my ice maker when moving my refrigerator. The majority of the water, for some reason, was going to her home and only a very little had come to my kitchen so I didn’t realize there was a problem right away, unfortunately.
I was at my neighbor’s when Tom came to her home and advised him that my kitchen was on the other side of her bedroom wall and I felt the problem might be due to my recent home improvements. He immediately came to my kitchen, pulled out the fridge and found the cracked hose. There wasn’t a lot of water on my side so he helped me dry the floor with towels and set up my box fan to speed up the drying.
I was very pleased that he was able to find and stop the leak and set up my neighbor with large fans to dry out her carpet.
Tom came out on a Friday evening and his immediate attention to the problem meant that my neighbor and I had no major damage.

I had an excellent experience with this team! I had a very sudden, big issue with water damage to my dining room ceiling. Tracee called me back immediately that AM and found time to come out just a few hours later to offer a no cost diagnostic evaluation of what the issue was. He was clear, helpful, fair, presented me with various options and potential costs, and treated me like family. Tracee is saved in my phone and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out for future plumbing needs!

We had a leaky shower head that I was worried might have popped behind the wall as well. Called Tom and he was quick to come look at it within the hour I reached out!
Gratefully we found that there was no water behind the wall and it was only in the visual areas. He told me what to look for on the wall behind in case it seemed to be leaking further but so far so good. Grateful for his quick service and professional advice.
