Constraction reviews in Clemmons, North Carolina

I got a whole roof replacement. Omar was very quick to come out and give me a quote. Him and his team was very polite and my new roof looks AMAZING. Highly recommend for any roofing needs!!

Excellent job! Omar and his crew arrived early and were done before 1:00 that afternoon. You can not even tell they had been there. Cleaned up really well.
My house looks like a new home now. I will definitely recommend them!! Thanks guys!

I contacted Omar about my leaky roof. He was quick to respond to my concerns and scheduled a time to come out and inspect the roof. He performed the inspection and sent me pictures letting me know what the issue was. He quoted a fair price and scheduled a day for the repairs. He completed the repairs efficiently and sent pictures of the repairs. I would definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.

A couple of weeks ago I went upstairs to change my air filter and noticed a small water stain in my upstairs ceiling. My roof was 32 years old and a source of worry already but I knew I had stretched it out as far as I possibly could. I started looking up roofers. I immediately passed over the big names after having a series of bad experiences a few months ago getting pricing on a water heater installation from some bigger name companies with commissioned salespeople. I prefer local businesses and dealing with real, genuine people who directly oversee the work and aren't out to make commission on a sale.
When I saw the reviews for Mendez roofing on multiple sites I knew this was the business I wanted to deal with. I rely heavily on the Google reviews of prior customers when making my purchasing decisions and they simply stood out from the rest.
Mendez upgraded my old, tired sad roof from a drab gray 3 tab shingle to a gorgeous, multicolor architectural shingle at what I feel was a very reasonable price. And, less than 2 weeks later, I and my house are now safe and secure under a brand new, eye-catching roof. Though I was indoors working and didn't get to watch any of the installation, a few of my neighbors were very impressed with their expertise, and said they made that hard work look easy, though I know it was not. They left my yard as if they'd never been there.
Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend you get a quote from Mendez on your next roofing project. My house is so much more beautiful now I'm thinking of moving my chairs to the front yard so I can stare at it 😅

Omar and his crew run a tight ship. Very professional and do some of the best work I have seen. If you want it done right, call Omar, he will take care of you with a great price and superb workmanship.

Omar Mendez responded immediately when we called in desperate need of getting our roof repaired. He came out within a few days and gave us a very fair estimate. He explained in detail how he would repair our roof and the cost. The repair has been made and we are completely satisfied!! This company knows how to please!!

The owner of this company was professional responsive and punctual. Estimate of work was spot on with the final cost. It’s nice working with a company that has not gotten so large that it’s crew has become far removed from the ownership. I would highly recommend Omar and his crew and will request Mendez’s Roofing Services again if the need arises.

I can't speak highly enough of Omar and his work. He labored tirelessly to repair a challenging chimney. The weather this winter presented several challenges, postponing the final repairs until dry skies returned. And while it poured, Omar made sure to keep us as dry as he could, evening coming out on a Sunday to replace a tarp that had blown off in a gale. Professional, reliable, responsive, and reasonable - if you need work done on your roof or chimney, I would recommend Mendez Roofing be your first call.

We spoke with Omar about getting our roof inspected, and he was here the following day. He documented (pictures) the “problem areas” that would need extra work, and assured us that his crew could handle it. We had 4 different companies bidding for the job- but Mendez Roofing stood out from the rest. Once we approved the bid, Omar got us scheduled for the next week. The Mendez Roofing crew is incredibly proficient: led by Alfonso, they got to our house @ 6AM, and went right to work. Even accounting for the delay in them receiving the necessary materials, this crew had the job COMPLETELY finished by lunchtime (including cleanup- down to making sure all the nails and debris were picked up)!!! Our house looks brand new and we couldn’t be more satisfied. This brings us peace of mind, as well, knowing that our home is safe and will be more energy efficient in the future. Gracias por todo, Mendez Roofing! We absolutely recommend this business.

I know Roof repair is not something anyone looks forward to but I hope if you ever do need repair then you choose MENDEZ roofing. You’ll be very happy you did. The expert work and professionalism is exceptional. Thank you, Omar
and your team. If I had a choice of more stars, I would certainly check them off Yeah

Great experience with Omar and his team. My project was to replace roof and install a new chimney cap. Omar does a wonderful job of listening to the customer, answering all questions and delivering the product they expect. Easy to work with and professional in all aspects of the project. Thank you Omar.

Omar was prompt and the quality of his work was outstanding.
I’d recommend his company for anyone interested in getting value for their money. He installed a chimney cap for me, I would recommend him for roofing and any service he offers.

We had an amazing experience dealing with Omar of Mendez's Roofing Service. We needed several repairs to our house and our shed that were not originally done properly by the builder that Omar corrected. He gave suggestions for a badly placed exhaust pipe and fixed two of our leaking exhaust pipes along with repairing a hole in our shed roof. He was so highly recommended on many sites and we can see why, he was the only roofer we met with and hired him on the spot. We appreciate his professionalism, kindness and fair pricing.

Mendez Roofing is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Omar (the owner) is very knowledgeable of his work and very professional. They installed my gutter guards. First, he provides very detailed estimates. He list the materials needed and labor on his estimates. Second he is true to his word and very honest. He provided an estimate when he said he would and came to do the job when promised. Third, he is very respectful and takes time to explain everything. Finally, his work is excellent. He gets the job done and you can rest assured that it is done correctly!! I would highly recommend Mendez Roofing and I would definitely hire them again!!!
Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Omars team did amazing on our doublewide home. Him and his team came out early in the morning and were able to finish before noon! Their teamwork was incredible and professional. We needed a new roof and gutters installed, and they did a great job on keeping debris contained, our roof and gutters preform fantastic. Our home looks 10x better afterwards. A great job well done at an affordable price. Thank you for everything omar!

Omar repaired a chimney chase that had rusted and was leaking water when it rained. Omar was great to work with and I appreciated that Omar was punctual from the very beginning. He gave me a fair price to complete the job. I appreciated his quick responses to my questions and he was always forthright with information that he was giving. The job was well done, the area left better than when he came. I was very pleased with the work of Mendez roofing.

Great service and reasonable pricing! Enjoyed doing business for gutter repair!

We had an emergency roof leak and Joycelyn answered the phone quickly and relayed my urgency to Omar. Omar was on site within the hour and after a careful inspection we found the leak and determined it was a stone/flashing issue vs. the roof. However, Omar had the materials on hand and he was able to quickly make a temporary repair which was incredible considering it is supposed to rain for the next week. In the end Omar's price was fair and he was kind, professional and polite. His price was fair and we gladly paid him for his services. I recommend you call the Mendez team if you ever need roofing services.

We would give more than 5 stars to Mendez Roofing! Omar was great! Easy to work with and understands your needs. Everything about him and his company is top notch. Prompt, hard working and superior quality job overall. We actually got Mendez Roofing from the internet because we liked the website - called and came out and we liked the whole picture right away - we never got another estimate! Our roof is beautiful - even the paperwork at the end of the job was easy to understand and Omar printed it out for us to store away for future reference. Wonderful! Susan Wesley

Absolutely satisfied. We got quotes from multiple contractors. I was surprised how many no one got on the roof..... Except for these guys. Measured by hand and inspected by the owner so He knew exactly what was needed. Other contractors just stood in the front yard and told a price off looking up and going off Google maps. Efficient communication, clear pricing (others did not bother to take notes and the written estimate s reflected the lack of detail), timely scheduling qualifies these guys as the best in the Winston Salem are. Did I mention their price was VERY GOOD. Stop looking and call these guys 👍👍👍👍

We needed to have some chimney work done on our mom's house. We contacted Omar and he came and found the problem and repaired it. His workmanship was excellent and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mendez Roofing and Omar for any chimney or roofing issue you may have!
