Very thorough. Took their time and did detail cleaning on carpet and sofa. Areas smelled and looked like new after they were finished. Professional and quality service. Highly recommend

As for cleaning they do a good job. However, they were told 2 bedrooms, very small hallway and 13 stairs.
I was not home they started saying each stain would be extra $25? They also said an extention of my bedroom was a closet? He also did inside my daughters closet? I did not ask for that. At the beginning he told my son $130 which was much higher than others I use.
We ended up paying 170! Yikes! It has been 8 hours since they left..carpets are still very damp..not use to that either.
So ny advice. Make sure you are home and clarify the cost before they start.
