We recently purchased our new home after moving from NJ to this area. We were unfamiliar with the functions & controls of the heat pump thermostat. Jacob took the time to teach us how to correctly navigate the system controls. He also replaced a very dirty air filter. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Looks like we found a company to provide maintenance for our heating and cooling.

Mr Williams did an excellent job thoroughly checking my furnace, taking photos of all parts and explaining the reason for the repairs and costs of each repair. I am very satisfied

Just moved into a new home and googled to find an HVAC company to provide yearly maintenance service. I chose Hawley based on reviews from others. We were impressed with the communication from the home office letting us know when to expect our tech as well as a phone call from our tech 25 min before arrival. Our technician, Jacob, did an outstanding job! Explained everything to our satisfaction. Also appreciated the courtesy he showed by putting shoe covers on when entering our home. Highly recommend!

Jacob Dodds was very kind, polite, friendly efficient, professional and hard working. He took the time to show me pictures and keep me informed every step he was taking to get my air running again. He was also respectful and wore shoe covers eveytime he stepped into my house. I would definitely recommend him.

I have to say, after the previous nightmare experience with the last HVAC company, Jacob was a breath of fresh air. He was timely, professional , and knowledgeable. Although he couldn't repair both heat pumps, he brought one back to life and provided me with options for repairing or replacing the other heat pump. I was totally satisfied with my experience, and would recommend this company for your HVAC/Electrical needs.

Tyler was very professional and didn't mind teaching me a couple of things. He did a great job of explaining everything. Unfortunately my unit had too many different problems and it just made sense to replace it.

Jabob was very helpful, informative patient Personable and allowed me to view my own equipment in my own house. A previous air-conditioning company would not allow me to come up to view what he was doing and said he would leave if I came up to observe and I needed help immediately. We needed some help with our unit that had mysteriously (to us) stopped working, and Jacob Gray of Hawley Air came right out, figured out the problem, got everything working again, and tested it out to make sure everything was in order. We was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We have been very pleased with our service from Hawley Air Heating and Cooling.
