We recently purchased our new home after moving from NJ to this area. We were unfamiliar with the functions & controls of the heat pump thermostat. Jacob took the time to teach us how to correctly navigate the system controls. He also replaced a very dirty air filter. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Looks like we found a company to provide maintenance for our heating and cooling.

I was very impressed with the company (Hawley Air Heating and Cooling) From the get go it was professional . The communication was on point on. These folks know what service is and they follow up all aspects. The representative, Tyler Berrier, answered all question. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the package.
