Scott was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He checked my generator and, most importantly, turned off my power to make sure the generator would come on in a power outage (my exerciser stopped working). That gave me much needed peace of mind. I will be using Swaim for future needs.

We had a fabulous experience with Swaim Electric. They installed a Generac generator for us and did an outstanding job from start to finish. From our initial contact with the man who did our estimate, to the installation and start-up, EVERY aspect of the job was done so well. Every staff member we encountered was knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Special kudos to Tammy - who works in the office - for her ongoing patience, kindness and help. Tammy you are a gem! This was the best experience we have ever had with any company we have dealt with!

Swaim Electric recently installed a new Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler after removing my 28 yr old units and I could not be any happier! Nick's team arrived on time, explained the process and answered my questions. They were knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to be around. It was evident that they took pride in their work, as they covered my floors and carefully removed and installed the equipment so that nothing was disturbed. There was a minor hiccup after installation, and with a simple phone call, they sent Joe and Sam right out. These guys are amazing! I highly recommend this company. When life happens, it's comforting to know you have a reliable company that you can count on and more importantly... trust!

This is my second time using Swaim Electric. They replaced my entire downstairs unit last year and were fast, honest, and didn't give me the runaround whatsoever like all the other HVAC companies typically do. This time, my upstairs A/C was out. I called them 8/25, they came out just now on 8/26. Sam, the technician, was punctual, communicative, and resolved my issue (bad capacitor on the unit) in less than 10 minutes, he was here for maybe 20 minutes and repaired it quickly for a great price. Will absolutely be calling Swaim any time I need any HVAC work in the future, thanks guys!

I had an ongoing electrical problem along with some minor outlet changes, Jay did a great job they were in and out in a little over an hour. Had everything they needed, prepared and pleasant.

The 2 mens were very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do and everything after they were done im really happy with there work and they completed the job in approx. 1.5hrs and I truly thought iy would take around 4hrs so by them knowing exactly what they were doing to me it definitely saved me alot on money so I was more than pleased and I'd definitely recommend them to others

Ian came to resurrect our generator which was fried in a power surge / nearby lightning strike back in July. We also had a whole house Surge Protector installed at the same time. Thank you for a thorough repair, and going over everything with us. Getting our generator back up and running is great peace of mind, especially when living in the country! They were very professional had my unit going in a Matter of less than an hour. I was alerted when they were on their way so I was not sitting there all day waiting so that was one of the very good pluses that SWAIM offers all I can say is great job and you can take that to the bank but you have to be there before five and they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays ha ha ha ha
