I have been useing DLS for the past several years at my work for our landscaping. Shannon and his crews has always done a awesome job. I look forward to continuing to have him and his company working for us in the future.

I have contracted with DLS/Shannon over the past few years both at my residence and on commercial properties for new landscaping, new irrigation installation, lighting, hard surface walkway pavers and occasionally “just because I needed some man power to perform in-field tasks” and Shannon has ALWAYS made his team available and helped me get whatever I needed done. Always helpful…Always nice & professional.

I lived in N C for 5 yrs now & had Tim Lachey handle two jobs for me. He has been wonderful to work with both in expertise and efficiency. I will always call upon Tim when I need electric work projects .

Scott was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He checked my generator and, most importantly, turned off my power to make sure the generator would come on in a power outage (my exerciser stopped working). That gave me much needed peace of mind. I will be using Swaim for future needs.
