They came promptly and were able to diagnose the problem with our ice machine and fix it. Very friendly and professional.

Had a wiring issue with my HVAC unit that I think was caused by another HVAC technician/company in the area. Futrell HVAC Technicians were fixing the problem within an hour. Now I have cold A/C and a very quiet running unit. I will use Futrell for all my future HVAC needs.

Great Service. My AC quit working in the summer and I called Futrells. They were at my house within hours and had my unit back up and working in the same day. I thought they were very affordable and fixed my unit correctly the first time. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I was recommended to this company, called & left a couple of messages for service but they never returned the calls. If you are a business & you are too busy to perform a job, at least return the call & tell the caller you can't or don't want to help them so they're not wasting time & can look for someone else. Will not call again or refer them.

Melton and Sons installed a new AC unit for me a few years back, as time past I would call them when things went wrong and was never able to get anyone to come out. I had been told before that the unit installed was actually to small for my home. Well I found a very good company and got under their service plan, as they were checking the unit in the attic it appears that it was not level, had no safety switch, and there was water standing in my ceiling which explains why I had to have a ceiling repair before. I was also told that the way it was set up that it would have NEVER pasted state inspection. What Melton & Sons did was a quick install to get my money...they knew it was not up to par and I'm sure that was the reason they would never come back out to service their own work. I would not recommend them to anyone, if you need good AC/Heating services, Melton & Sons is not the ones!

I purchased a supposedly new unit and it failed a year later. They came out and said a part crack and it's not covered under the additional warranty that I purchased and charged me to fix it or so I thought it was fixed. They forced it to work then unplugged the compressor and left because the compressor was bad and they were responsible. I called them and of course they didn't own up to it but will charge me $75 to come out and look at it. I am a vet and I have lived all over but NC is the most dishonest state I have ever lived in.
