If you have a an HVAC problem, call Beasley's. Mike (unsure of his last name) is the most professional and laid back technician I've ever dealt with. When he shows up I know the problem will be fixed and done right the first time. If you call, ask for him if you can. Y'all should give the man a raise. He's that good.

My first experience with Beasley Heating and Air was earlier this summer when our downstairs HVAC unit stopped cooling. We called Beasley Heating and Air, thankfully they were able to come the same day. Turns out that we had a clogged line (or something), a simple fix and we were cool again. Because of the great service, we have purchased an annual tune up plan from them and recently had our first maintenance service. Again, the technician was prompt, professional, and efficient. We highly recommend Beasley Heating and Air!

If I could give negative stars I would. Was told they would just bill me for services and I NEVER received a bill (I ALWAYS pay my bills!) I completely forgot about it-because they never sent me a bill!, and they sent me to collections! For $20! How ridiculous! Its just $20, if they would have just sent me the bill it would have been paid immediately! I called, & got horrible customer service. The girl who answered was beyond rude and unbelievably disrespectful. Will NEVER use them again, and most definitely won't ever recommend them to anyone!

Thus company is great, had a great experience with them, very fast responses time, their tech Chad identified the problem within a matter of mins, and fixed our problem and I might add that he was very laid back and very knowledgeable and he even explained ever thing he was doing to me to help me understand. Great company great people keep up the great service.
