Amazing customer service from Austin. It's pretty cool that this whole sale nursery has opened up a weekend public storefront. Great choice of unique plants.

Excellent plant quality and always friendly knowledgeable help

I’ve been really impressed with Piedmont Carolina Tree & Shrub Farm Market. Since they’re a grower-direct operation in Colfax, you’re getting much better quality and pricing than you’d ever find at a big-box store.
Their selection is huge—everything from massive canopy trees to screening plants for privacy. The plants are clearly well-maintained and healthy, and the staff actually knows what they’re talking about when it comes to what grows well.

What outstanding service!! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were in need of some assistance with landscaping provided by our builder. We had 2 trees replaced with beautiful, quality trees. They worked until every aspect of the job met our satisfaction!! Highly recommended!

It is tacky and rude for a mowing company to blow all the excess grass clippings and trash to adjacent properties on Ramsay Street and out in the middle of Eastchester Drive in High Point. The workers blew the grass onto my truck, as I was driving by, on two separate occasions at the same property. Do people think that the debris just disappears if you blow it out in the street. I guess it just makes it someone else’s problem. Poor business practice and leadership. Maybe Green but not very Clean.

They built our paving stone Patio, Outdoor Kitchen with Grill, stonework and Granite Island. Also fire pit and stone sitting wall.
The entire team was professional, hard working and extremely talented in every aspect of their work.
They met all our expectations and were very easy to talk to about any special needs that we had. Alex (the owner) was wonderful and always responded to any questions very promptly and gladly. Antonio layed stonework and patio with great talent and craftsmanship. Luis was hardworking and very personable.
I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping or hardscaping needs.

Employees are either obnoxious or have zero self awareness.. I like to park FARRR away from the Walmart entrance and everyone else, to eat on break and return phone calls… How about, out of alllllllll the countless parking spaces to choose from, I literally watch these fools drive right up to me and parked with the very front of their landscaping truck facing my drivers side door, barely 4 feet from me🤦🏽‍♂️Yea… THATS why people park all by themselves for lunch... Not for solitude and peace, but to have a truck full of landscapers looking at you🤦🏽‍♂️

As a professional landscapper, you should know which way to mow and trim to avoid hitting property or people. Sitting in my parked car, the employee is cutting grass and trimming facing in right behind a row of parked cars. He had his weed trimmer blades edging the trees, bushes and sidewalk and it was kicking up rocks, mulch and debris directly into my car and other cars, leaving scratches and dents. If you do not know how to properly cut or trim grass, you should find a new profession before you injure someone!

Communication is one of the most valuable assets a contractor can offer - and Kent and Alex are superb at this. When we had questions they were quick to respond and deliver.

The job was done to plan, on time and with great execution. First class materials and plants.

When issues or unforeseen items came up, we worked collaboratively to solve it and the results show it.

I recently worked with Alex on the installation of paver patio for an outdoor employee break area. I found Alex to be highly responsive and easy to work with during the quotation phase of the project and awarded Green and Clean the contract. The project completed early and exceeded the expectations of my team. We will not hesitate to utilize Alex and team again.

I worked with Kent for a major patio project. It was a tough project with significant challenges to include HOA issues that I could never have dealt with on my own. Kent was a superstar professional that I was Proud to have represent me. He was available 7 days a week to communicate and resolve issues. Worst landscapers ever!! Do not use. The landscapers cut cable and internet wires on 2 of our buildings. They cut into the sprinkler line, water is flowing out everywhere.(see video below). Plus, they left a mess, they dug out trees and left big stumps behind. (It’s been months, when are you going to remove the stump?) The landscapers are not supervised and the owner doesn’t care. The grass looks awful, cut very unevenly. Plus he will curse and scream at you. Very unprofessional. Find someone else!

Their selection is beautiful and well cared for. The grounds are lovely, employees are kind and helpful. The cats are cute!

I’d like to start by saying I’ve been a customer for years and frequently drive almost a hour passing several nurseries along the way. Yes the plant selection is most the time on point and usually have what I need. However the driving force making this nursery my first “Go To” Well it’s easy! There is a gentleman named Austin who works in the office / outside that sets the bar extremely high in customer service! Never once has he been anything but accommodating and very knowledgeable with a genuine eagerness to help and listens intently with patience to my many request or questions. I figured it’s time to take time to sing his praises and hope his employer values him as much as I do. Thank you Austin and Piedmont Carolina nursery for always delivering excellence.
