Plumbing reviews in Colfax, North Carolina

Excellent customer service. I will use them again in the future. They came out very fast to help me with my issue. Jeff was an absolute sweetheart!

Quick service, the nicest people you could ever work with. Excellent work, I will call them again anytime I need plumbing work. Can't give a high enough recommendation!

Great experience, very professional and quick to respond!

Very knowledgeable! This is the 2nd time I have used this business. Totally satisfied!

Call this morning explain I had a water leak from heater came by check it out came back 3 hours later and replaced water heater Great job

Found here on Google Maps and had them come out to fix leaking shower drain. They were quick to schedule and on time. They made the repairs quickly and thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out to make repairs again if needed.

Prompt and courteous service with reasonable pricing. Have used them for years and always pleased with their work.

Made time to fit us in when we had a problem and their prices are very fair.

UPDATED, 25 November 2025: Matthew came to the rescue on a hot water heater that ruptured (I failed to flush the tank even once in 10 years. Live and learn). Can't say enough about this company. They communicate, show up when they say and never fail to do the job for a fair price. Hard to find, these days.

Hired Jeff to replace a gas water heater in an old house. He was prompt, professional and knows his stuff. The old water heater was 23 years old so he was faced with some challenges with old valves, fixtures, corroded galvanized pipes, etc. Handled it all without a problem. Highly recommended.

Good, honest, local guys. I really liked that: 1- Jeff returned my call promptly, 2- he was willing to give a ballpark estimate by phone versus charging to come out to take a look, 3- made and kept an appointment, 4- honored the quote and did not try to hard sell other products, 5- was friendly and courteous, and 6- cleaned up everything like it was his home and not just a job. First class.

I found this plumbing company through a Google search and read the one good review on them. I will have to say they were extremely prompt, courteous, professional and got the job done within the amount he quoted over the phone. They explained the problem, showed me the broken part and went right to fixing it. Jeff and his son are both great plumbers and I will definitley call on them again if the need for a plumber arises.

Hayden and sons came to the rescue!

Matt promptly replied to my call and came to my house same day to repair a plumbing issue at a fair price!

Hayden Plumbing will be my goto plumber for any future needs!

Matt came out quickly and got our drain cleaned and problems solved easily.

Extremely pleased!! Mathew was professional, personal and very good at diagnosing the problem with my hot water heater. He had a great solution and solved the issue. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks Mathew!!

Matthew was very friendly, very professional. He did a great job in an appropriate amount of time. He made sure everyting was cleaned up just like he found it. Cost was as expected. I will use his services when I need a plumber in the future--for my home and my business!

I highly recommend Hayden & Sons. I have used them several times and they have always provided quality work and are very reliable. Matthew is very professional and thorough.

We just had the tankless water serviced by Matt. Great experience! He personally answer the call, showed up on the day we agree, very pleasant, honest, professional and reasonable.
We're glad we find someone we can trust and know that we now have a plumber.
