The owners and crew were very courteous and professional. The work was completed in the time frame that was agreed upon. My property was left clean and neat. I would recommend this company and use them again.

What was done was excellent. The two young men who came and took down the tree could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. However, we agreed that the stump grinding would be included in the total $700 job, but it was not put on the estimate, and it has not been done. That part is not satisfactory. When someone tells me what he is going to do, I expect it to be done.

The men were excellent. My only problem was the length of time between the 3 services. What took 3 days of work really took 3 1/2 weeks to complete. I would get a call that a service would be the next day and they would not arrive. Your schedule needs to be accurate.

So two fellas pull up to our house in a white pickup truck and ask us if we need some mulch which they had left over from a job. We were thinking they had a little bit of mulch beyond what was required and they wanted to get rid of it.

Based on the attached photo, I think all they did was basically save themselves a dump fee after they felled and mulched to complete tree.

There will be a free mulch sign in our yard.

Sincerely, thanks for the mulch, though we weren't expecting a mountain of it. Ha!

EDIT: I have had to reduce my rating for Omega Tree Service because when it came time to remove the stumps of the trees they ghosted me. After nearly three months of "I'll be there next Saturday" they simply stopped responding.

I had to quickly take down three cypress trees on request of Union County. Omega got the job done quickly and at a great price. Site was cleaned up and they’ll come back to grind stumps if needed after the County does their work.

Made appointment on line it was confirmed & they no showed. Left several phone messages & several text messages & no response. No show for scheduled & confirmed appointment is poor & this company deserves "0" stars.

Called for an estimate to remove one large tree. Spoke to a gentleman who said he would come by and look at it. A week went by and I had not heard back from him. So I called back and spoke to a different guy who said he would check with the first guy. If he had not looked at the tree then he would do it himself. Almost 3 weeks ago and still no return call.

I called Omega Tree Service in order to get a quote for removing several large trees. I left a voice mail. A gentleman called back the next day & left me a message because I wasn't home. I called him back a couple hours later - got the machine again, so I left details of what I needed which was a quote to remove several large trees - Never heard back from them. It must be nice to have too much business.....very disappointing.
