Can't say enough good things about our initial cleanup with ServPro Cabarrus County. When we called them with our water leak they responded immediately. Garrett has been sensitive to the fact that our business needed to remain open as much as possible. Tate, Bryson and Draven have done a superior job of mitigation while respecting our equipment and unaffected spaces. They have all gone above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend ServPro Cabarrus County.

We had our glued down wood floors removed after they were damaged by a water leak. Unfortunatly when removing ServPro damaged my kitchen cabinet doors with a deep gouge going the legnth of the lower cabinets also the front of the dishwasher. The company paid directly to have the dishwasher repaired. I paid to have the cabinets repaired back in November 2022 and still waiting for ServPro to send me a check for the repairs. Now they want me to wait untill the staffing agency pays them for the damage. This is very unprofessional for a compay to do this!!

I called ServPro to my very recently purchased condo after set off sprinklers turned my living room into a lake. A team, headed by Anthony, responded immediately and I was astonished at how quickly they arrived and began the water removal. Without them, the situation would have escalated immensely. They were very knowledgeable in their work and answered any questions I had regarding the extent of the water damage, a time-frame, and assured me that I could contact them at any time with questions or concerns. ServPro and Anthony especially provided the expertise and reassurance that kept my situation from turning into a nightmare. Chelsea answered the phone in a professional and calming manner. She assured me that help was on the way. Jessie and Bryson arrived during the worst of our water damage experience. They removed wet carpet pads, base boards and molding. They pulled up carpets, brought in professional sized fans and giant dehumidifier. They mitigated much of damage that could have occurred, such as mold. This crew is hard working and professional.

Rachel, Bryson and all the other techs who helped us were phenomenal. The level of communication was unlike any other professional service I’ve seen. We were treated like family from the very beginning of a challenging job. Don’t waste your time calling another company, call ServePro first!

Travis and Isaac were wonderful as they spearheaded the effort to clean out a basement that had flooded. They were professional and responsive to my concerns. The job was complicated and they did not leave until they were sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but I was so impress I had to. I called Servpro of So. Cabarrus Co. Christmas Eve around 4:30 (sewage backup had flooded my living room & foyer). 6:30 was the earliest they could get to my house. Chelsie & crew were at my house Christmas Eve before 6:00! I cannot express how grateful I am!! The guys had everything ripped out & all of the equipment set up in no time. They were very courteous & professional. They really took good care of me! We had a water leak from our refrigerator and contacted Servpro. They were here the next day, on time. Ryan was very professional and answered all my questions that I had. I was emotionally upset over all the flooding and Ryan assured me that they would get us taken care of and kept telling me all would be ok. I thought that was very nice of him. We called on SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County to help us when a plumbing leak ruined our flooring throughout our home. They were very responsive, did quality work and acted as a liaison with our insurance company to complete the job. The owner of the business even made a personal visit to our home to ensure quality service was taking place. I hope I don't have to call them again, but I will keep their number handy in the event of another disaster.

After an electrical fire displaced our family a week and a half before Christmas, John and his team were extremely punctual and communicative. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and I feel like they went to bat for our best interests. Over the 4 month process they mediated between us and the Insurance, and I feel that they went to bat for us and looked out for our best interest. They timed out all of the contractors to get us back in before our baby was due, and even went so far as to drop off a gift bag from the Inside staff, who are nothing but pleasurable to work with. 10/10 would recommend John and his team to anyone in a dynamic situation like ours.
