On Time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about Hardwood floors. I Was very pleased with the finished job

Didn’t tell me that my hardwood floor color correction service could be as low as 50% ineffective until he was onsite eith equipment in the house. Large spot in kitchen is still visible. Im dissapointed. Don’t use color correction service! I was never informed up front verbally in writing or in the quote. Disclosures like that need to be in writing, not the day of service. On the day the work was completed, I thought it looked good. However, I could only see it from one angle/side because it was drying. My wife noticed the spot a week later and I reached out to Alex. He said he can’t make it better and was not willing to redo that area of the kitchen at my expense. The customer service was good up to the point of informing me the day of service, when setting up that color correction only works 50% of the time. Who wants to take such a gamble with their money?
