Jacob was polite and professional. He explained what the issue was and how best to resolve it. He replaced our garbage disposal with a new unit. He, along with another colleague, finished the job quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service! All around a great experience from booking the appt to completion of the job. thanks!!

Paul is the man. I was having pressure issues and needed a new PRV to regulate the house properly. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I mentioned wanting a new water shut off valve in the crawl space (only one we had was by the street) and he installed that plus a new PRV in <1 hour. Felt like a trusted advisor. Hopefully no more plumbing issues in the future.

Paul and his assistant, Blake were excellent. They completed the task of switching two kitchen faucets, one being a touchless system, quickly and with ease. They were both extremely personable and professional. And they left the work area spotless. We could not be more pleased with their service and work. Every person that has come to our home representing NuBlue has been stellar.

Cole was AWESOME! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and so so kind. He fixed my sink that had been clogged within minutes.

We had a similar problem 3 years ago. The tree roots growing in pipes which clogged all drains in showers, bathtub,and garage sink.The plumber Aaron Willians came out at scheduled time on December 17, 2025 and blew out the pipes and got all drains unclogged.
We were pleased with the service. It was expensive, but we needed to do it.

Joe and his partner who came to the house to assess a water leak were professional and provided a thorough inspection. Joe explained my options and had my best interest and $ in mind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Victor installed two new toilets. He was prompt and kept me informed throughout the installation. He was very neat!! I really love the new chair height toilets! So glad to have such a responsive and capable service provider.

The price was extremely high for a 10 minute auger fix $285 compared to what other companies advertise and especially as someone who already paid to be a member. The service is always great and polite and timely from calling to completing job but the prices are not competitive imo.

A+ rating for NUBLU Electric/ Plumbing/Air Services. Professional, Efficient employees. Jacob provided excellent service ( very knowledgeable) and was able to correct my problem of no water pressure that first day. We discussed the other issues with my well water, and scheduled the electrical outlet installation and placement of the 2 filters for a different date. Rob and John arrived first- completed the electrical outlet installation. Then Jacob and Raul came and were able to complete the installation of both filters and the drain pipe for the automatic flush. Great work, great people. Will recommend to whomever needs their service. THANK YOU.

Had some issues around the house with outlets and a dryer plug needing to be replaced. Luis was able to quickly fix the issues and label the individual outlet pairs in case there was another issue. On top of that he was able reinstall my dryer outlet and the fuse in the fuse-box. Everything was punctual, efficient, and it all works again.

So pleased with Luis and NuBlue that I asked for a quote on another future project.

Derron was excellent!! He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. The absolute best I've ever been around. Today was my first experience with NuBlue, and I could not be any happier. Josh came out to fix a pipe that burst due to the freezing temperatures. He was thoughtful, considerate, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He was absolutely awesome.
