So, I decided to have my furniture cleaned..rather than go to Stanley Steemer or some other big name I decided to use this company. I scheduled the appointment without trouble but the day of my appointment my person was running behind, they tried to schedule me 3 to 5 days out but due to my schedule I was only available certain days so they agreed to the following day by now I really didn’t have much faith they would show and what do you know? The guy calls to say he’s not feeling well and had to get a COVID test and he’s a one man show, what a coincidence!... who am I to argue about their illness especially COVID. Deep down I just feel like they didn’t want to service me and just blew me off. Hopefully they will read this and take into consideration that their services are really needed and it was something that I was looking forward to doing. I hope other customers have had better service.

Spectacular service! We hired Belinda’s cleaning for a deep Spring cleaning. Happily she was able to get to us within the week. She is a lovely person, great communicator and she and her teammate are hard workers. I came home to a sparkling clean house. With 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats in a house with three floors, she had her work cut out for her. I plan on hiring her for regular cleaning based on the job she did. Highly recommend.

Belinda's Service is attentive to our needs. They clean our house efficiently and quickly. Other cleaning crews take twice the time and have more personnel on site, but don't clean as good as Belinda's crew. She is polite and responsive to all our requests. She is flexible to our schedule and adapters to our needs.
