Crystal is amazing & thorough in all that she does in our home! Anything you ask her to do, she will definitely get to it! Ceiling fans, baseboards and my showers always look brand new after she leaves! Highly recommend!!

Crystal has been cleaning our home for the last 3 years. She is beyond amazing when it comes to cleaning. She does a phenomenal and very thorough job. I love coming home after she’s cleaned; honestly can’t say enough good things about her cleaning skills. Highly recommend!!

I have always wanted someone to help clean my home but I have always been worried about trusting the person in my home while I was away, whether they'd clean my home the way I clean it, and so many other anxious thoughts... UNTIL I MET CRYSTAL!!

Prior to signing a contract (to have a written statement of what I wanted cleaned etc) with Crystal, she set up an appointment to meet with me and walk thru my home. She asked very in-depth questions about what I wanted done in the home & what my expectations were. Crystal also explained her process, her products, and how she can improve my home. Afterwards we worked thru the contract & the price she gave me was very reasonable!! Needless to say, I signed the contract immediately. Crystal started two weeks after :)

Crystal cleans my home every other week and it is AMAZING!! She has taken so much stress off me and my husband. Crystal cleans my base boards. Deep cleans my showers, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, sinks (I have hard water and it has been a struggle getting the hard water stains off my shower walls... well after 4 cleanings, Crystal has my showers looking brand new!!) and so much more. She basically handles my entire house from top to bottom. I LOVE not having to worry about dusting and mopping anymore lol. Crystal also does minor improvements if needed (tightened loose faucets etc). To me, it's the little things that stand out - she provides mini trash bags for our bathroom trash cans & even leaves little TP decorations sometimes.

Crystal is trustworthy and VERY affordable. She also uses pet friendly products, which I appreciate & my two dogs do as well. My husband and I are so thankful to have found someone I can rely on to take care of our home like it's her own. I only wish I'd started using Crystal sooner!

Crystal cleaned for my elderly parents and was very patient and kind with them. She worked around their schedule and did a great job for them. Crystal is a very thorough and meticulous cleaner. I wish she lived near me so I could hire her for my home.

I am very particular about the cleaning of my home; therefore, I always cleaned it myself, never imagining there could be someone else as particular as I. However, after hurting my back, it was apparent I would need some help in this department. Crystal came to the rescue. When she came to access our home and go over the services she provided, I discovered there was someone more particular than I; hiring her on the spot and scheduling a date immediately. I have been very pleased with the services she has provided. Crystal is very honest and I trust her in my home implicitly. She is very thorough in her cleaning and has eliminated some hard water stains I had not been able to remove myself. Her fees are reasonable. She guarantees her work and charges the fee she quotes or less. Although my injury is now healed, Crystal still does my cleaning. I don't know how I did it without her!!!

We procured Crystal’s services for general house cleaning before family came visit for the holidays. We were honestly really impressed with her level of quality and skills. She was very thorough throughout the entire house and everyone was really pleased with how the house looked, smelled and felt. We would definitely pay for her services again.

Since moving to Dallas, NC, we have been searching for a reliable cleaning company to service our 3 bed/2.5 bath home. My husband happened to drive behind the owner, Bridget, one day and noticed her car decal representing the company. He called to inquire about the company and scheduled an initial visit for an estimate. Bridget was very professional and supplied a quote the same day. We had our first cleaning this week and we're very pleased! Their prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work. I have recently more or less retired, so so I am trying to do my own house cleaning. However, I am not physically able to do the “deep cleaning” any more, so I started looking for someone I felt I could trust. Bridgett met with me, came to my house, and gave me a quote. I scheduled an appointment, and Bridgett came and brought Dulcey, who is her sister-in-law...most of her employees are family, who she feels are the most trustworthy. Well, they certainly did not disappoint!!! Dulcey is a sweetheart, and did an awesome job of deep cleaning my over 100 year old home. I would not hesitate to recommend this cleaning service! I already have my deep cleanings scheduled through the end of the year, and eventually I hope to use them for even more frequent cleanings! Thank you, Bridgett and Dulcey!

Had a difficult tree removed and another trimmed back, very high and hard to get to trees, very professional crew, friendly and most helpful. Would highly recommend, great job done!!

I needed 7-8 trees removed that were in danger of falling on either my house or storage building. They were all in a very difficult location and very tall. Justin’s team did a fantastic job and cleaned all debris from my yard at a very reasonable price! Thanks Justin!

I needed 2 dead standing trees taken down. I left a message and he called on Monday. Came out that afternoon and gave me a fair estimate. Others no showed , didn't reply or were way too high. He completed the work as promised. I highly recommend Justin Dugan Tree Service.
