I have worked with Denver Construction over the past 20 years. They completed construction of 2 new buildings and the remodel of an existing building. From the new construction , to the remodel project, keeping on budget was very important to me and DCC helped me do so.

The team at DCC was responsive to my needs, offered solutions to challenges and is prompt to follow-up if I have a question or concern. They have been attentive to any service calls post project completion and continue to help on any needs I have on the two buildings they built over 13 years ago.

The team at DCC has always been professional and forth right with construction challenges and unforeseen conditions due to renovations. They are very good to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure it's done properly.

We chose Denver Construction to build our recording and audio post-production facility. This is highly specialized construction with no margin for error. They listened to our designer and architect, asked good questions and double-checked every detail. Just as importantly, construction was completed on time and on budget. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Our facility looks and sounds fabulous with no quality issues whatsoever. I couldn't recommend Denver Construction more highly!

After our basement flooded, we were given the contact information of Denver Construction. The project manager arrived full of hope and promise advising me they would take care of everything from start to finish.

The first part of the project went well … everything was taken out and taken away leaving the basement full of fans to dry the walls and floor.

The final stage, getting the house back in order has been the total opposite in experience. Several messages via email and text went to the project manager … no response, my husband called the office and was advised they would ask the P.M to get back in touch … he did eventually and gave us a provisional date when things would start staying we would receive a call from the co ordinator to ensure a date and time. It didn’t happen! So my husband messages again, to which we got the response the P.-M would ENSURE we would be booked in with a telephone call of confirmation the same or following day! Nothing !!
4-5 business days later we received a call saying someone would visit the following day to check to see what needed to be done! Well apart from the fact, photos were taken … the cleanup was done with the same company why as this necessary? And being given a days notice … by this point we had totally lost faith in Denver Construction. The early promise of being looked after failed to happen. My husband messaged the P.M and his response … sorry we dropped the ball!!!
Would never recommend a company that doesn’t respond and doesn’t keep their promises.
