Do not use this company. They are very unreliable. We hired them to clean our home for move out and they did not show. They sent a text when they were supposed to be at the house saying they excpect payment before they show up. This was never mentioned before hand and we have all conversations on text to prove it. We tried to call them to have someone meet them at the house to pay them when they showed up but they never responeded or came. Completely unprofessional, rude, and we are now rushing to find someone to clean the house sincee they are incapable of communicating thier needs and unwilling to respond to a job they agreedd to do.. What a waste of time.

Serene Clean is a great place. The ladies are very polite and professional. The owner Stacy is wonderful to work with. The ladies have the best attitudes and work together to satisfy the customers.

Absolutely deplorable service. Their ways of cleaning are antiquated and substandard. Rude employees, and not to mention they reschedule clients on a daily basis from what we have been told, and also noticed is they have a very high turn over rate for employees, you'll never get used to the same folks cleaning your home. I would definitely seek a more professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded. ALSO I CHECKED in Denver Colorado, there is NO Serene Clean located there, so tell that lie some more.

The ladies were extremely friendly and polite and they clean my house perfectly! They also cleaned up after themselves. I was so happy I had to go look at my oven about ten times. Thank you Aga and Magic Maids !

The owner is disrespect and unwilling to take accountability for her workers action, instead she accused me of not having money.
She sent me a list of things her workers were to do along with the price. The work was either incompleted or untidy. The bathrooms were still dirty and the livingroom not done. The owner proceeded to tell me off and threaten my business. Save yourself the headache dont book them.
