I’ve been a customer of Lakeside’s for over 10 years. They’ve done everything from maintenance to repair to system replacement in my homes. They are great communicators, problem solvers and provide reasonable options for solutions. Their pricing is fair and team is well-trained and very polite.

Service call was answered immediately and our HVAC servicer was very professional and took care of our issue and explained his process. We have used them in the past and have always had a good experience. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Jason was very polite and very informative about our computerized thermostat. He helped us with the setting and we feel more comfortable with it. He diagnosed a problem and scheduled a time to make the repairs.

Technician was on time, very courteous. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. Cost was reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to buy other services. Good experience all around and will use them again in future.

Joshua came to my house last week to service my heating system, I found him to be very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I look forward to seeing him again. The technicians in the past have all been wonderful.

Casey arrived on time, having been announced with a prior 10 min text. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He explained his list of scheduled items to complete for the yearly maintenance, and reported his results, answering all of my questions. I shall continue to request him for future yearly checkups.

The tech Casey did a great job. Courteous professional. All experience with Lakeside has been outstanding, from new system install to ongoing scheduled service and support.

We came home from the beach on Sunday and discovered our AC system was running but outside unit was not. I was not currently a customer of theirs but called Monday for an SOS emergency. The lady that took my call was great. Professional,courteous and sympathetic to an old man in need of help. By 9:00am (yes,I was lucky and blessed) two technicians arrived at my home. Austin and Joshua quickly determined the problem,went to the warehouse and picked up needed control panel and made necessary repairs. By 11:00 my home was cool and comfortable again.
These two gentlemen were also VERY professional,knowledgeable and treated my home like it was their own.
I have switched my annual services to Lakeside Heating and Air even though I had another prepaid service due my previous supplier. I have no other reason to look anywhere again.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. YOU WILL BE PLEASED.

A month later I decided to upgrade my HVAC thermostat. Joshua came out, punctual as their techs always are, and replaced it in no time. He stayed until I had the wify connection completed in my phone and he explained all the features of bringing my home up to 2025 technology. I have been completely satisfied and more every time I’ve needed their services. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Casey came by today to do the winter maintenance on my HVAC system. Casey did a fantastic job and is such a pleasure to work with. Lakeside continues to do a great job for me (I have been a customer for 10+ years), and they are fortunate to have Casey as part of their team.

I use Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning for both of my businesses (Denver Eye Care and Shampooches Groomery). Our most recent service was today and Casey was fantastic - went above and beyond to make sure all the dog hair was properly cleaned from our HVAC system. We appreciate the extra mile this technician went for us, and highly recommend doing business with this local business!

We had Lakeside replace our packaged gas unit. They were on time, every time, and did a great job with the install. We were without heat on the main floor of our home and they got us back up and running in a day. They also did an analysis of our system and found some significant things that technicians from other HVAC companies had missed, which resulted in us needing a different sized unit. Their pricing was competitive, we will continue to work with them for our HVAC needs!

Very good overall experience with Joshua Scott, the technician handling my maintenance service. He was very thorough and explained how the units were performing. Communication is always good with Lakeside prior to and the day of the service.

Brett is most frequently the tech sent to us for our annual service maintenance and we like him a lot. He is timely, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always takes the time to answer questions/concerns. We have been with Lakeside Heating and Air for several years and have always had first rate service. Highly recommend!

Lakeside H&AC has been our HVAC services company since Jan 2023. They fixed another Denver-area contractor's overpriced bad work back then and we've never had a problem since. We count on Lakeside through their Spring & Fall maintenance program every year and their office staff does their best to accommodate our request to specifically send Jason R. as the technician to do the job. Jason is very professional, listens to this customer and thoroughly explains the work that needs to be done when and if there's a problem. I highly recommend Lakeside H&AC and trust their capable technicians.

My first time working with this company. Everything was good from making the appt to service completed. Technician was on time and very pleasant. I've been with Lakeside Heating & Air since I moved to the area in 2020. They have always done a great job at not only maintaining my system for peak performance but also helped resolved some complex issues I had about a year ago. They are a quality company with great technicians. Special shoutout to my tech, Josh Scott, today - did a thorough maintenance check and was great to deal with!

Our first tine with Lakeside and we are most pleased. Casey Bolick was great as i was working under the house on insulation as he was doing the maintenance so i got a little education also. We signed on for future maintenance with Lakeside. Casey Bolick was great.

Brett was excellent, he was professional and explained what he was doing. We were concerned about how loud the HVAC system was. He explained that it was fine, just working harder in this freezing weather we've been having. He insured us that the system was working as it was supposed to. We were very satisfied with him.
