They come to repair our washer which is not draining water. We’re told the gear is broken and had to be replaced. We double checked with them
if the drain pump or filter etc are good. They said yes although he didn’t even open the back panel to check those things. The technician told us the washer is running normal after the replacement. Water was left on the floor around washer and I have to wipe them by myself. Anyway we put a small load into it, the same issue came back again. So the problem has not been fixed properly. We reached back to them and they fully decline everything! We paid $250 to them and got nothing being fixed. This is frustrated. They just came to do some superficial work and grab quick money from us. So disappointed!“Hello,

I do want to clarify that this was both discussed at the time of service and included in the invoice you received above. The technician noted that the gearcase is in poor condition, and while the repair performed may help extend the life of the washer, it would not fully resolve the underlying issue.
Because of this, the repair was considered a temporary solution, and no warranty was provided due to the overall condition of the unit.”
