Excellent service at excellent prices! We have used A&S Appliance Repair before. Recently, Floyd Spell, the owner, squeezed us in between appointments. Floyd was professional, extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators, pleasant and polite. He quickly determined that our coils had frozen due to a clogged drain. He made the necessary repairs and also replaced (for free!) a small, unrelated tube that looked a little frayed. Floyd stayed to confirm that the problem had been fixed. I have recommended A&S Appliance Repair to every one that I know.

We have used A&S on several occasions through the years and always get timely, courteous and well done repairs. I can recall oven, microwave and now gas dryer service. All has gone well and we will definitely use again if necessary.

Triangle Appliance Repair sent a repair person on time, with the knowledge to complete the required repair.

They do great work, quickly. They are also great with communication.

Worst service. You’ll never be able to reach them on phone. Always goes to voicemail and they’ll call you back after few days or weeks.

Had a appointment today June 25th between 12 and 4 no call and no show I sit and waited I am very upset

Waited two weeks for these guys to show up with no replacement part as I clearly instructed them the part that was needed. Waste of my time. Stay clear of these guys.

We requested a service call for a refrigerator. It turned out that our defrost unit only needed thawed.

$400 later, we have a working refrigerator.

It’s sad that this company will never answer their phones but as soon as someone posts a true/honest Google Review they will immediately respond and lie regarding calling customers back. Glad I avoided using them and got an appointment elsewhere. I’m sure the response will be that you don’t see me in your system, that’s because you never answered my multiple calls to set up service. Don’t bother replying to this feedback, you’ll just lie anyway.
