Flooring reviews in Durham, North Carolina

Vilchis Hardwood Floors installed our new floor in Durham. Professional team.

The installed our wood floor and we are more than happy with the result. Professional and friendly crew.

What a pleasure working with Vilchis Hardwood Floors. They walked us through the whole floor installation process from start to finish. They also made sure the new hardwood flooring blends perfectly with the old ones, which was important to us.

We only needed hardwood stairs refinished and Vilchis Hardwood flooring did a great job. They were on time, professional and thorough. I work from home and the stairs being refinished were just outside my home office, the crew that came each day were so respectful and did all they could to minimize any disruption which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely hire Vilchis again and recommend them to others.

Extremely professional! Vilchis Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended to me by a local builder. I am happy to pass along a five star recommendation to others who are looking for exceptional flooring installation.

We hired Mario and his crew for a hardwood floor installation job in Durham. Great experience with them. They also offer cleaning services. The cleaning crew was awesome too. We are happy with everything they did for us.

Floors look better than they ever have.

Excellent service! The staff was patient and understanding a we selected a pattern that was not in stock and waiting patiently for it to become available. The last week it arrived, and a man named Pedro Tello installed it. He said he has been installing flooring for 22 years, and he was a real expert. He worked quickly and the results were perfect, beyond our expectations. I wish now that I had watched how he managed to remove the old flooring from under the cabinets, and more amazing yet, how he installed a single sheet of vinyl that went under the cabinets and into every nook and doorway. It was as if the house were being built and the flooring had been laid before the cabinets and appliances and thresholds were added! And it looks great!
