I've been in my home for less than 7 years and found out today that my foundation is severely cracked. I had an area in my garage within the first year that they would not fix. This is the absolute worst builder in the world. Lord only knows what it is going to cost to have everything repaired.

I agree with most of the post on here. They will delay, delay, and delay with no good reason. They told me they didn't have building permits but when I called downtown I was sent proof the permits had in fact been issued. As others have stated the "warranty" and the process is an absolute joke. "Working" with Wade Jurney turned what should've been an exciting time in my life to one of the most frustrating events and I would not recommend doing business with them.
