Nancy’s General Cleaning sent an amazing team to clean an empty house. One of the cleaners named Maritza took the lead and was very professional and friendly. I was impressed with their skills. The kitchen stove almost looked new, they left the place pristine, and smelling clean. I have no complaints. Definitely will use their services again.

They showed up despite an emergency so that was really promising. I had a deep clean for a move in and only needed 3 bathrooms and 1 half bath and a kitchen done. Things were hardly wiped down. I had planned to make them my monthly cleaning, but the tops of my cupboards were disgusting, the fan wasn’t even touched, drawers weren’t even wiped inside….basics like floor boards and handles weren’t even touched. It was very disappointing and very bizarre!

They were quick and efficient. 100000/10 recommend. They said 2-3 hours and the house was spotless. We wanted a deep clean before our family came into town and I feel confident it’s guest ready! Thank you to the team that came and dealt with our mess! I’m already ready to book routine service with them!
